Selected Problems of Diagnosis of Insulation Systems for Rotating Electrical Machines
Pavlík, Josef ; Radek,, Szabó (referee) ; Singule, Vladislav (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This dissertation thesis deals with the measurement of insulation resistance for rotating electrical machines and polarization indices calculated from them. The first part contains a short theoretical introduction, methods of measurement and basic formulas for calculations. The second part discusses the results obtained in laboratory measurements in both the model and the real coil of high voltage machine. There are also elucidated some of the principles and causes of some phenomena with which the measurement of insulation resistance is encountered. The third part deals with the results of measurements on real machines. There are mainly discussed the dependences of insulation resistance and polarization index on the influences that occur in measurements such as temperature measured insulation, moisture in the insulation, but also the influence of measuring instruments on the measured values. It is also expressed how much these factors affect the measurement results. In addition, this part deals with some other influences that have a negative affect on the measurement of insulation resistance. There is processed a new methodology for measuring insulation resistence in the fourth part of this thesis. The need to develop a metodology of measuring is based on the needs of engineering practice, where is considerable inconsistency of measurement in the present time. Measurement, and often performed on the same machine, are not nowadays often comparable, because measurements are not met even the basic rules resulting from the findings of research and development, which were discovered in the last few decades. Measurement of insulation resistance in our nowdays methodology stagnated on the level of the seventies of 20th century. For this reason, we have developed a new methodology of measurement that takes into account all significant influences affecting the measurement. The purpose of the methodology is to ensure full repeatability and comparability of measurements not only on the same machine but on machines of the same type, in optimal cases, the machines of different types. There are the chapters "The objectives of the work" and "Conclusion" the part of the work. A very important chapter is "The contribution of thesis", which summarizes the original results of this work and results, the use of which is expected in engineering practice.

PROPOSOL FOR A METHODOLOGY FOR MATERIÁL DECISION MAKING IN DISTRIBUTION IN THE EUROPEAN ENVIRONMENT
Kopčáni, Juraj ; Dostál, Petr (referee) ; Čambál, Miloš (referee) ; Rybanský, Rudolf (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
At present, more and more demands are placed on the quality and the speed of transport of products and goods from manufacturers to suppliers and then to the end customer. This requires a lot of knowledge and experience in planning, purchasing, production and distribution. In all activities and at all levels of the organization, it is important to properly and timely to decide how to proceed in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction at minimum cost to the company. To ensure speed and quality of distribution, it is necessary to focus on the logistics of circulatory systems. This includes both information and communication flow, and the supply, storage, transport, handling and packaging. To ensure all these services efficiently, quickly and on time, it is advisable that the company has to have developed appropriate methodology for the given process. The main aim of the doctoral thesis is to design a methodology for management decisions in the distribution area. The properly chosen methodology of distribution can help to speed up the transport of the product from the supplier to the customer or from the manufacturer to the customer, but ultimately to reduce the overall distribution costs. When deciding on the choice of distribution channel, processes and knowledge of European legislation in relation to the logistics and transport management in the Czech Republic are also important. The data collection and processing, under which the analysis of the current situation was carried out, were the bases for the methodology design. In the further step, the basic criteria for selection of the companies that could make the distribution were set up. Subsequently, the weights of importance were assigned to the given criteria. In the final decision for the selection of the distribution company, methods of multi-criteria decision-making were used. The thesis was developed on the basis of theoretical research and practical experience in businesses in the solved area. Objectives to be achieved: The aim of the doctoral thesis is the methodology design of managerial decision making in the European distribution area in connection with the Czech Republic's infrastructure in implementing the legislative requirements of the European environment while respecting the principles of integration.
Analysis of methods for evaluation ETICS dirtiness
Krejčík, Jakub ; Žák,, Antonín (referee) ; Žižková, Nikol (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with problems of dirtiness of surface layers of ETICS (External thermal insulation contact system). In the theoretical part, soil damping agents and processes occurring when adhering dirt are described. The practical part then evaluates the impact of the aspects described below on their dirtyness. At the same time, it monitors the differences in staining depending on the type of material and the manufacturer. A methodology for artificial staining with controllable and repeatable conditions was developed in a special simulator, and this methodology was also verified practically. Simultaneously, individual plasters were exposed to the natural environment, for comparison of laboratory and actual conditions.
Methodology for the Inspection of Traffic Accident Sites by the Police

Methodology of identification of revisions and inspections of technical equipment for a manufacturing company based on the requirements of ISO 45001
Valenta, Jakub ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Bača, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of inspections and revisions of technical equipment according to safe operation standards on the basis of OSH and FP requirements. In the introduction, these fields of work safety and fire protection are described, which will be used in later parts of the work. Subsequently, the term „technical equipment“ and subcategories of this issue are defined, with each of the subcategories being specifically approached. As a result, the thesis describes why it is necessary to regularly inspect the technical equipment, while the individual types of inspections are subsequently defined. This is accompanied by the distribution of the person’s rights to carry out individual inspections and the distribution of responsibility for the inspections carried out. The acquired knowledge is then used to create a model of the process of regulation of inspections and revisions and to create an overview of periodic inspections and revisions of technical equipment for a manufacturing company. This model and review of inspections are then considered the output of this bachelor’s thesis.
