Coworking space and design solutions

In the first part, the diploma thesis is devoted to the veral characteristics of coworking spaces. It deals with their benefits and relations with cities, layout solutions according to valid Czech legislation, but also according to real practice. The work also deals with the relationship of students to coworking centers, business support and the profitability of the premises. The second part of the work is focused on research investigations and their results were further applied in the practical part. Two questionnaire surveys were conducted among users of the centers and students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Technology in Brno. Furthermore, five controlled interviews with operators and owners of coworking centers throughout the country. Research methods were used to determine the opinions and requirements of both center users and their operators. The work is concluded with two proposals for coworking spaces at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The first design is an outdoor workspace located in the currently unused space between buildings E1 and E2, and the second coworking space for students was located on the 2nd floor of building D1.

The Influence of Individual Factors on the Selling Price of Real Estate in Selected Localities

The work is focused on changing the price while including criteria that are a priority for people who plan to buy an apartment. The main intention was to find out how the price will change compared to the analysis carried out in the bachelor's thesis, where the price was determined only according to dispositions. The work is therefore focused on four localities, which are the cities of Olomouc, Zlín, Liberec and Hradec Králové. Two on the territory of Moravia and two on the territory of Bohemia. The entire work is divided into 8 parts. The first 5 parts include the theoretical part. In the first part, basic concepts are discussed in detail. In the second real estate valuation. In the third, basic activities and subjects of the real estate market. The fourth segments of the real estate market and the fifth briefly the relationship with the financial sector. The others then represent the practical part, where the solved localities are presented in detail in the sixth chapter. In the seventh is a marketing survey and in the eighth is the aforementioned analysis of the real estate market itself.

Claim and dispositions with it Abstract This thesis aims to provide readers with a comprehensive insight into the law of obligations with regard to the theoretical concept of a claim and analyze its place in the legal system as a concept of relative property law and at the same time thing from the perception of the current civil law. The first chapter presents the characteristics of an obligation and its cause and further elaborates on its origin, changes and termination. The second chapter analyses the nature of a claim, as the right of a creditor to demand performance from a debtor from both theoretical and practical poin of view, taking into account the genesis of understanding of this institute from Roman law to the current apprehension in the law of the Czech Republic. For the sake of completeness, a chapter on debt has also been included in the thesis, in order to analyse debt as an institute standing on the other side of the spectrum of an obligation with emphasis on possible dispositions therewith from the point of view of the debtor and the creditor. Selected topics concerning immovable property and its disposition in amended Czech civil law legislation

The present doctoral thesis is aimed at selected questions related to the specification of real estate and the property rights associated with it. Taking into consideration legal acts of obligational character (e.g. rent), it profoundly analyzes the European dimension affecting the management of immovable property as well as provides a comparison of the recent case law, a topic covered in individual parts of the text, while evaluating the applicability of these judgments in the future, that is, in relation to the current Civil law. Following an introduction defining the main objectives of the paper, the second chapter is dedicated to the characterization of some basic questions associated with individual kinds of immovable property, which, apart from taking account of the individual innovations (some of them re-established) contained in the Code, allow for the impact of previous derogated legal rules on the application of individual amendments proposed by the law (e.g. the re-establishement of the superficies principle). Novostavba mateřské školky v systému dřevostavby

This thesis is focused on the new building of the nursery school, its construction solutions, specific land placement, and dispositional solutions regarding the cardinal directions. The dispositional building possibilities are further described in connection with various functional units such as barrier-free access, daylight lighting, acoustic, hygiene, and other respective input information. The information is further applied and described with use of specific nursery school solutions.

Karolinka – Návrh obytného podkroví rodinného domu

The main part of the thesis is to consider the use of the under-roof space of a particular single-storey detached house in Karolinka while respecting existing disposition restrictions such as fixed stairwells, roof pillars and chimneys. As a first step it was necessary to surveying the object which was followed by determining structures of the individual load-bearing structures. Considering founded facts, 5 individual studies of the layout and spatial design of the attic space were designed, which also solves the continuity in the 1st floor. After selecting the most suitable solution, the basic drawing documentation was prepared. Part of the thesis is the calculation of the thermal technical solution including calculations of the heat transfer coefficient for the perimeter wall and roof and the design of the individual compositions so the meet the requirements of the valid standard. At the end of the work are discussed natural variants of attic space lighting.

Návrh interiéru kavárny a změna dispozice

The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the interior in the public space – specifically cafeterias. It focuses primarily on the historical context of cafés, standards and interior design itself. The second part – practical – is focused on the de-sign of a café in Rakovník where the main requirement was to change the design of the café, adjust the living space and the kitchen with the stock. An important part is the research of cafés in Rakovník, Prague and abroad for the purpose of comparing various forms of interior design by type of locality and tradition. The paper contains drawing documentation, final visualization of the cafeteria area and solution of the bar counter.Formula clause:I declare that I have worked out the work "Design of the interior of the café and change of layout" and all the sources and information used are listed in the list of used literature.
