Diplomová práce se v první části věnuje celkové charakteristice coworkingových prostorů. Řeší jejich přínosy a vztahy k městům, dispoziční řešení dle platné české legislativy, ale i dle reálné praxe. Práce se dále zabývá i vztahem studentů ke coworkingovým centrům, podporou podnikání a ziskovostí prostorů. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na výzkumná šetření a jejich výsledky byly dále aplikovány v praktické části. Byly provedeny dvě dotazníková šetření mezi uživateli center a studenty Fakulty stavební Vysokého učení technického v Brně. Dále pět řízených rozhovorů s provozovateli a majiteli coworkingových center po celé republice. Výzkumnými metodami byly zjištěny názory a požadavky jak uživatelů center, tak jejich provozovatelů. Práce je zakončena dvěma návrhy coworkingových prostorů na Fakultě stavební. Prvním návrhem je venkovní pracovní prostor umístěný v aktuálně nevyužívaném prostoru mezi budovami E1 a E2 a druhý coworkingový prostor pro studenty byl umístěn do 2. NP budovy D1. In the first part, the diploma thesis is devoted to the veral characteristics of coworking spaces. It deals with their benefits and relations with cities, layout solutions according to valid Czech legislation, but also according to real practice. The work also deals with the relationship of students to coworking centers, business support and the profitability of the premises. The second part of the work is focused on research investigations and their results were further applied in the practical part. Two questionnaire surveys were conducted among users of the centers and students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the University of Technology in Brno. Furthermore, five controlled interviews with operators and owners of coworking centers throughout the country. Research methods were used to determine the opinions and requirements of both center users and their operators. The work is concluded with two proposals for coworking spaces at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The first design is an outdoor workspace located in the currently unused space between buildings E1 and E2, and the second coworking space for students was located on the 2nd floor of building D1.
