Fittings of heating systems
Klus, Lukáš ; Adam, Pavel (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The theme of this diploma thesis is fittings of heating systems and it is divided into three parts. The first part deals with this topic on theoretical level. In the second part, there is a calculations and drawings that deals with heating and water heating of the apartment building in Uherské Hradiště. This part is solved in two variants concerning hydraulic balancing and regulation of the heating system. The last part of the thesis is an experimental solution and processing of pressure loss results of selected valves. These results are compared with the values reported by the manufactures of the valve.
Heating of Industrial Halls
Sovák, Nikola ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
This theses deals with large objects heating issue, more precisely, heating of industrial halls. The theses focuses primarily on the most effective way of heating, given the economical and hygienical functionality of the object. Heating options of the object and selection of the most appropriate one, according to the specified documents, are also mentioned in this work.
An apartment building with the use of renewable energy
Poul, Jiří ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (advisor)
The aim of the master's thesis is to propose a suitable heating system and hot water supply in two variations for a residential building in Prague. The residential building is constructed on a sloping plot, consisting of one underground floor and three above-ground floors. The first underground floor accommodates a collective garage and cellar compartments, while the above-ground floors house 18 apartments. The heating system is based on hot water circulation, with heat distribution to the heated rooms facilitated by panel radiators. The first variation for hot water supply involves a storage water heater, and the second variation includes the integration of solar collectors. The theoretical part focuses on introducing solar collectors, exploring their types, placement, and prevalence worldwide.
Design of a heating system for an apartment building
Poul, Jiří ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is a suitable design of a heating system and hot water heating system for an apartment building in Nové Město na Moravě. The apartment building is built on a sloping land. The building has one basement, four above-ground floors and an attic. The apartment building has a collective garage and cellars, which are located, in the basement. There are twenty-five apartments on the upper floors. The theoretical part describes the different types of heat sources. In the calculation part is solve heating system of the apartment building. There is a detailed calculation of heat losses, design of heaters, design of heat source, design of water heating and equipment for the proper functioning of the heating system.
Heating of Apartament Buildings
Tichá, Hana ; Hořínková, Lucie (referee) ; Wierzbická, Helena (advisor)
The thesis is a technical solution for heating two apartment buildings. The project is designed in two versions. The first variant is source of heat boilers for pellets, in the second variant, the heat source heat pumps type of land / water. Part of this work is an experiment which deals with the measurement of floor heating.
The savings in heating buildings
Rokůsek, Petr ; Hořínková, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
This thesis theoretically in Part A deals with the solution in savings heating building and heating hot water. It examines the impact of austerity measures on the overall need for and consumption of heat energy and its economic impact and compared with each other in order to achieve maximum efficiency. Part B is their subsequent application to a given object - a residental building, various design alternatives and the resulting energy savings improvements. Experimental Part C deals with indirect measurement of the thermal conductivity of building materials.
Hot Water Distribution with Using of Heating Cable
Březinová, Lucie ; Formánek, Marian (referee) ; Formánek, Marian (referee) ; Wierzbická, Helena (advisor)
Master´s thesis is about hot water distribution with using of heating cables. This work is divided into three parts. First part is main function of heating cables, second part is about solution and suggestion of water supply, including hot water heater in two different objects. Important thing is difference a variant of the heating cable and without it. The last part is experimental, whose task is to verify the properties of the cable.
Design of solar system for family house
Kundrát, Roman ; Katolický, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
Objective of this thesis is the design of solar collector and its parameters for a designated family house with regard to the different uses of heat coming into the system in the form of sunlight. Based on literature studies, experience and advice of experts is at work introduced the concept of design of the solar system and its basic parts. Introduction of the sunlight and current technologies for processing and elements of the system priors the actual design of solar system.
Design of heat transfer and recovery systems for Thermocompost
Dokoupilová, Bára ; Jícha, Miroslav (referee) ; Fišer, Jan (advisor)
The following master’s thesis examines the use of biothermal energy released during the decomposition process of composting. The aim of this thesis is to explain the heat generation principles of composting, to summarize its consumption possibilities, and to design a suitable use of the source for the demands of a real building. First, the theoretical framework compares various options of the biomass utilization. It then describes the biochemical course of organic matter decomposition, and conceptualizes the term thermocompost as well as different methods of heat extraction. Subsequently, it lists ways of applying this technology in practice. Second, the empirical part uses the findings to propose a compost pile installation, and its connection to the current heating and hot water system in Ecocentre Karpaty in Nová Lhota, Hodonín. Due to the low-temperature nature of the source and the mode of usage of the building, it is recommended to accumulate the heat generated in the hot water storage tank. The preheating of potable water is considered as its primary benefit. In case of sufficiently high temperature of the thermocompost, the design also includes the possibility of preheating of heating water. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the financial costs of the project and determines the financial savings. These have – due to the low frequency of the building usage and the consumption of hot water reach – relatively low values.
Heating of the Apartment Complex
Míková, Šárka ; Vendlová, Lucie (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the design of heating and hot water reservoir in an apartment complex. For three variants of heat sources (gas condensing boiler, heat pump and electric boiler) is evaluated their economic profitability for heating and hot water heating. For the best selected heat sources is drawn up the technical solution of heating in the apartment complex.
