The technological stage of the underground construction of the New Mill - Fatra

The content of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the rough substructure of the industrial building Nová Válcovna - Fatra. The work deals with the technological regulation for foundation structures, which will be drawn up control and test plan, time schedule, itemized budget. It also includes a coordination situation, a drawing of the construction site equipment, a design of the machine assembly, a drawing of the construction site equipment, and the safety of the technological stage. In addition, several schemes for the execution of individual structures and an energy performance certificate have been developed for this technological stage.

The subject of this work is to create a construction technology solution of a flat roof of an apartment house and an underground garage in Nerudova street in Hradec Králové. It is about execution of warm flat roof of apartment house and intensiv green roof of underground garage. The work includes technical report, a design of a mechanical assembly, site facilities, bill of quantities, solution of wider transport routes, quality requirement, ensure safety, a budget and a time schedule.

Construction technology stage of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany

This bachelor thesis solves the building-technological phase of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany. Specifically, it deals with the cladding of the wooden superstructure of the 3rd floor of the primary school building and the additional insulation of the existing floors. The shell of the superstructure is covered with a wooden cladding and filled with mineral wool insulation. Additional insulation is designed as a contact from facade polystyrene boards. The work is elaborated technical report, thermal assessment of cladding, technological procedures at given stage, transport solution including design of the machine assembly and situation, budget stage with report statement, principles of organization of construction including technical report and drawing of construction site, control and test plan, time schedule and safety.

This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of external cladding of detached house in Velká Bystřice. The external cladding consists of contact thermal insulation and ventilated facade with final layer of facing bricks, natural slate and titanium zinc sheet. The thesis includes technical report, bill of quantities, technology prescription, time schedule, design of the machine assembly, site facilities, inspecting and test plan, occupational safety and health and use of local natural material during the implementation.

Construction Technology Solution of the External Cladding of Lodging House in Strážné

The concept of this work is to create a construction technology solution of an external cladding of a lodging house in Strážné. It is the external cladding of a wooden structure consisting of thermal insulation and final layer of larch planks and zinc sheet. The work consists of a technical report of the object, a design of a mechanical assembly and site facilities and a bill of quantities. This work is also addressing general relations between multiple routes to the site and it deals with an occupational safety and health. As an addition, regarding the construction solution stage of the external cladding, there are processed inspection and test plans, a budget and a time schedule present in this work.
