The master´s thesis is a proposal of a business plan for establishment of catering company in the city Náměšť nad Oslavou. The theoretical part is focused on the structure of the business plan, necessary analyses, sources of financing, and legal forms of business. In the practical part there is the theoretical knowledge applied to the particular situation, where the feasible entrepreneurial plan will be created.

This bachelor thesis designs a business plan for expanding the business activities of self-employed person. In the introduction it describes theoretical knowledge. Afterwards it analyzes current situation of a specific business subject and it proposes several options for funding of an engineering workshop and evaluates the effectiveness of each option for possible investment. In the end the thesis recommends the most profitable solution.

COMPETITION ANALYSIS IN SERVICES INDUSTRY ON A SMALL COMPANY EXAMPLE

The thesis analyses the ability of competiton of a company in the service branch, in the sector of the installation electronic safeguard alarm. This sector is relatively unknown that´s why it is necessary to be still ingeminate. One of partial aims of thesis was an analyse of the historical development till the present, and an analyse of the inner and outer environment. For this have been used methods of the Porter´s model and a questionnaire. The main aim was a project of efficient advertising and a improving the organization structure. One of the results of the thesis is creation of advertising campaign in various media in the way that affects to business and non-business subject. The results of this campaign should be visualization of the sector of the electronic safeguarding alarm and information about their possibilities. The second improvement includes better structure of the organisation.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the creations of a business plan for the establishment of a new company offering hookahs. The work consists of theoretical, analytical and design parts. The first part focuses on the definition of terms related to the topic. The second part analyzes the current state of the market using selected methods. The third part contains the elaboration of the business and financial plan, which is substantiated in the previous sections.
