Part production technology

This work deals with the production technology of the plastic part for battery modules. First chapter contains analyzis of fundamental methods of machining, where are general informations about technologies which are used in the company with which one is work cooperated. In the second chapter is solved description of manufactured part and its technological aspects for the production. Next chapter is dedicated for introducing the company and its technological possibilities for the manufacturing. The rest part of the work is dedicated for designing production of the semi-finished product and clamping of the semi-finished product. With the selected variant is solved production technology of the part, where are indicated technological solutions of each operations and production process. In the end is realized technological-economic valorization, where is solved service of more machines and judged cost for production of designed variants.

Production of Components Flange

This bachelor's thesis deals with the production of individual industrial component in the conditions of a particular engineering company, which produces custom-built machines. One part of this thesis is a component analysis including a description of component functions and a proposition of a technological procedure, manufacturing tools and used machinery. It furthermore contains individual manufacturing and dispatchment of products for assembly.

Suggestion of technology for flange of the pump motor

In a study of suggestion of technology for flange of the pump motor, properties about screw pumps, features of the machined flange and the blank are processed. On the base of machinery, tools and control devices are designed. The main part consists the proposal of technological process, operating drawings and machining time calculations. In conclusion, the techno-economic comparison of the existing and future variant is done.

Technology solution of "DC-štít" component in the condition a small engineering company

This diploma work describes below mentioned issues: a plan of construction technology of component called “DC shield” which consists of a block A and a block B, definition of the tasks for “TPV”. Specification of material, production and checking of a semi-product. Determination of the bases, technologies of working and cutting materials. Determination of the manufacturing machines, working out of processing and composition of a tool set. Definition of the jigs, characteristic of the basic changes. Composition of a program and composition of the subroutine systems. Determination of a checking range, measuring and a process of packaging. Economical evaluation with taking account of environmental aspects of the production.

Repair of a holder for grinder cover

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the repair of a holder for a grinder cover and the manufacture of the missing pieces of a pedestal grinder. The structurally-functional analysis of the machine and the manufactured pieces is described in the first chapter of this thesis. The manufacturing process itself is described in the following chapters. Raw materials and production technology are designed for the manufactured components. For each component, there are described the technological processes and instructions. The junction of the new parts of the machine with the original ones is conducted through welding. After this operation, the whole grinder cover is sandblasted and its surface is sprayed with a protective layer of lacquer. Next, the grinder cover is mounted to the pedestal of the grinder. The whole manufacture design is considered from the technological and economical point of view in the penultimate chapter and the drafts for improvements are described in the last chapter. All of the components are manufactured in accordance with the design and the grinder is once again in good technical condition.

Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Production of Semi-Finished Products for Gun-Barrels

This thesis is focused for manufacturing of a gun barrels and his issues. In thesis is involved introducing of the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. and definition of hand fired guns. Written analysis present the state of a technological process and describe an individual phase of manufacturing of the semi-finished product of gun barrel and the following conclusion of a complex manufacturing of a gun barrel from the semi-finished product to the stand, when the gun barrel installed into the gun is. Subsequently are suggested possibly solutions of manufacturing rationalization and possibly purchasing of a new modern CNC machines. In the end is accomplished a technical-economic evaluation, which compares existing and suggesting of the technology.

Technological aspects of machining accuracy

This master‘s thesis is concerned by accuracy cutting of the process. The aim of this graduation theses is to describe metodology quantification of the parameters accuracy of cutting process and to check it. Firstly, there are the parameters accuracy of cutting process identified. Secondary, there are particular technological influences over accuracy of shaping process characterized. In the conclusion, there are characteristics accuracy of shaping process quantified and tested in practice.
