Company management in risk environment.

The goal of this thesis was to survey the area of retail business in the South Bohemian Region. To identify possible risks which affect the businessmen{\crq}s economical activities the most. To suggest the best ways how to prevent them or to minimize them primarily focused on subjective risks and to find the best solutions for a situation where the risks already affect a subject. Based on gained information, types and significances of risks there were determined probabilities of their threats, assessments of their impacts and the biggest causes of their origins.

In my work I focus first on the theoretical part, which concerns itself with the financial analysis. I dealt with her description, a brief history of the order and importance, users of this financial analysis, sources of information for development and their limitations. Then I focused on the description of financial ratios, which are used in most businesses, and bankruptcy and secure prediction models. I then applied this knowledge in the practical part of this work, which I used data real-existing business of the Prague Water Supply and Sewerage and the aim of the work was so detailed assessment of the financial situation of the enterprise for the period 2005-2009 from the perspective of external users.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of the Brewery Svijany, Inc. during years 2006-2009. It is divided into two parts, methodical and practical. The methodical part is focused on the object and purpose of the financial analysis, its sources and methods. Knowledge, gained in this section, will be taken up in the practical part where the specific value of the Brewery Svijany, Inc. will be used. The results from the practical part will be summarized, the development of the company in the analyzed years will be briefly outlined and the future development will be estimated in conclusion.

Financial analysis of a particular enterprise

Bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of WPB Capital in the period 2007 to 2010. Aim of this work is to analyze the financial condition and financial health of the firm and follow the evolution of financial ratios over time. Bachelor thesis has two parts. The theoretical part explains the methods and financial indicators used in the analysis. The practical part explains the results of the analysis to the reader. Results of selected indicators are compared with the average values of competition and the whole industry. Based on the results the work tries to predict its future economic development.

Financial analysis of a selected tourism company

Main focus of this Master thesis is on the financial analysis of the tour operator Exim Tours a.s.. It is in fact an external financial analysis as it was elaborated based entirely on publicly accessible sources of the years 2003 to 2009. Introduction of the theory of financial analysis is followed by the practical verification of the financial situation of Exim Tours a.s. using horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and income statement, ratio analysis and their incorporation into bankruptcy models and models of financial health.

The main aim of the Bachelor Thesis was to evaluate financial health of five companies during four years by means of the IN indexes by the Neumaiers. The calculation was based on the data from annual reports and particularly from the balance sheets and P&L statements of the companiens. The theoretical part defines the basic terms related to financial health of a company.

This diploma thesis deals with reasons for agriculture support and offers an overview of basic subsidies which are supported in Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis solves situation when a part of some other agricultural unit is bought and merged with main company which is analyzed by the thesis. This company is a receiver of some basic subsidies apparatus which also bring some difficulties such as question in which moment can subsidies show up in accountant. An agriculture company has to choose an account method, different in case of receiving subsidies for processes costs, financial costs and investment costs. The subsidies have an influence for agricultural company financial health which has to be qualified in a longer time period according to a nine economical financing analysis indicators. The thesis count indicators in case of acceptance and non-acceptance of the subsidies. Gained subsidies are further impacted by Czech Republic actual tax system (VAT and corporate income tax). Diploma thesis tries to quantify influence of these taxes to total agricultural company subsidies income.

Data assimilation of financial analysis in selected entrepreneurial subject

Thesis focuses on financial analysis and its possible application in daily practice. It presents a number of indicators that can be used as an instrument for financial management of comapny. These indicators, indexes and models are then applied in the analysis of the firm MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s., based in Tábor. Resulting values are simultaneously compared with rated optimal divide for engineering industry. Further is effected analysis some significant indicator on partial indices and rated their influence over total indicator. Last step those financially analyses is comparing resulting values behind year 2006 with occupational average for year 2006 in engineering industry. Last is there foreshadowed possibility exclusion or reducing some one of specific negative phenomenon, which would be able to significantly influence incoming development those companies in future. All ascertained results are processed in form tables and in detail ocommented. Information for processing those diploma work was pump concrete from jubilee news, internet and special literature. The aim of diploma work is refer to financial analysis like on necessary resource for assesment values equity capital and at the same time like on important method predikcion of economic development analysed equity capital.
