The designed house overbuilds a site, currently used for car-parking. This place is situated at the edge of the historical developement of the city. The house reacts to surrounding build-up area and keeps high of the neighbouring cornice as well. A concept of the project is an enclosure of an unsettled house block and creating of another new block. The polyfunctional house keeps natural scale of the historical root. Principle of the functional solvent - car-parking in basements, parterre with commercial use and housing in the second and third storey.

It's a project of a polyfunctional house on the edge of the historical center of Valašské Meziříčí and new housing development. This project is solving the problem of a carpark in this locality and offers a space for shops, business and housing. It has two underground floors and four above-ground floors terraced to the South. The charasteristic of this project is are the roofs with intensive and extensive green vegetation.

Assignment of thesis was to design an object in city of Valašské Meziříčí. Nowadays the parcel is located on parking place. During designing it was necessary to keep the parking places. In assigned area a new four-floor polyfunctional house has been built, with enough capacity of underground garages. Shops and cafeteria are located in ground floor of the house. In second and fourth floor are located flats for young families.

The study bypass Valasske Mezirici

The subject of the thesis is to elaborate the search study of the west four-line bypass of the town of Valašské Meziříčí. The reasons for constructing the bypass are to divert heavy transit traffic, to increase safety in the town and to reduce the negative impacts of transport. Road is designed as a category R21,5/100. Three Seven direction solutions were designed of which one was chosen by multi-criteria analysis for further solution.
