Presented bachelor’s thesis analyses strategic management of a selected tourism company and suggests approaches to help its future development. This work aims to perform the outside and inside environment analysis by using best-suited meth-ods, such as PESTE, Porter’s five force model, SWOT and others. Furthermore, this work evaluates Revenue management observed in a company. Based on previous analysis applicable strategic recommendations were suggested.

This master’s thesis deals with the analysis of a selected business entity, which is the ZUBR brewery, a. s. With the help of analyzes examining the internal and external surrounding of the company will be determined the current situation of chosen company. Based on the performed analyzes will be developed proposals to improve the current situation.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze customer satisfaction of the climbing center „Tendon Wallstreet Jihlava“. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part is the goals of the work and the chosen methodology. The second part contains a theoretical description, which is based on literature. In the next part I use selected methods and analyzes to map the current situation. The last fourth part is the actual proposal based on the findings of the questionnaire survey to improve the level of customer satisfaction.

The diploma thesis focuses on customers satisfaction in chosen company. Based on results of sectorial analyses there were made up proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers. First part of the thesis describes theoretical data. Next part analyses current situation of the company via internal and external background. With the help of questionnairy survey actual aspect of customer's satisfaction was analyzed as well. After data aggregation from the questionnaire acquired information will be evaluated and consequently there will be created particular proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers.

Diplomová práce analyzuje strategickou pozici společnosti ŠKODA AUTO na automobilovém trhu. Ke kritickému zkoumání trhu byly použity analýzy SLEPTE, Porterův model pěti sil a také McKinseyho model 7s, SWOT analýza a Králíčkův rychlý test. Veškeré zjištěné poznatky na tomto specifickém trhu jsou shrnuty v závěru a s ohledem na současnou situaci jsou navržena opatření pro budoucí růst společnosti.
