Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vybraného podnikatelského subjektu, kterým je Pivovar ZUBR, a. s. Pomocí analýz zkoumajících vnitřní a vnější okolí společnosti bude zjištěna aktuální situace vybraného podniku. Na základě provedených analýz budou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení současné situace. This master’s thesis deals with the analysis of a selected business entity, which is the ZUBR brewery, a. s. With the help of analyzes examining the internal and external surrounding of the company will be determined the current situation of chosen company. Based on the performed analyzes will be developed proposals to improve the current situation.
