Meteo weather station
Dvořák, Jiří ; Fajmon, Petr (referee) ; Fedra, Zbyněk (advisor)
The aim of this master‘s thesis is design and construction of home meteo weather station, the choice of applicable temperature, humidity and pressure sensors and characterization of workable device of station. The core of the station is microcontroller ATmega8 used for process data from sensors. Evaluative criteria for choice of sensors will be comunicate interface, accuracy, operating range, current drain and other aspects. Outer transmittin unit measure air temperature and relative humidity. These data are trasmitted by wireless radio module to interior receiving unit, that measure interior temperature and atmospherical pressure and represent measured data to LCD display including dew point. The data are transmitting to the internet and storing in the database. Measured values are available on the web page where you can display the graphs of last measured values.
Online monitoring of machining process

Návrh a konštrukcia priemyslného dopravného pásu
Tonhajzer, Tomáš
Tonhajzer, T. Design and construction of industrial conveyor. Bachelor thesis. Brno, 2015. This bachelor thesis deals with design, construction of the industrial conveyor and creation of software libraries for controlling. The theoretical part is focused on the analysis of the possible design concepts and its engine types. This section further describes the controller Arduino, methods for controlling of motion and principles for sensors functioning. The practical part describes the construction of the conveyor as well as the electronic and the software part. The proposed software libraries are used for controlling the conveyor by using the PC application. The conveyor is integrated into the protective cage of the robotic arm KATANA, where is used to transport detecting objects.
Vývoj pro platformu Windows Phone 8
Ukropec, Jakub
The thesis deals with an issue of the general development of applications intended for Windows Phone 8 platform. Problems of the development of a mobile GIS application are discussed in details in this bachelor thesis as well. The description of the platform's history and available development tools is given in the first part of this thesis. The second part is focused on the design and implementation of several sample applications. Achieved results are shown using the emulator and the real device as well.
Search (approximate) methods for detecting human body alcohol
KOSTKOVÁ, Lucie
The topic of the thesis is Search (approximate) methods for detecting alcohol in the human body. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate and compare methods and technical means that are used to detect alcohol in the human body for forensic purposes, self-control, corporate control and other purposes. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the chemical properties of alcohol, its physiological effect, metabolism and occurrence in breath. The theoretical part includes also an overview of methods which are used to detect alcohol in the human body. The practical part of the thesis deals with the availability of detection tools and their basic sorting. On the basis of used methodology, which included a survey of domestic and foreign sources and targeted interview, all gained knowledge were thoroughly evaluated and systematically described. The thesis is structured in a way that it can be used as an overview of this issue for the general public, national institutions, companies and other organizations that try to prevent alcohol addiction and abuse of minors. The thesis could also be beneficial for education as a study material.
