Apartment building Barandov - selected parts of the construction technology plan

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological preparation of selected parts of the new Barrandov apartment building in Prague. The thesis includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a coordination situation of the construction with regard to transportation routes and a proposal for the supply of the construction, an object-based time and financial plan for the construction. It also includes a study of the realization of the main technological stages of the construction project, a project for the construction site equipment with drawings and a technical report, a proposal for main construction machinery and mechanisms with dimensioning, placement, transportation to the construction site, reach, time deployment and energy consumption, and occupational health and safety. It also includes a time schedule for the main construction project and a plan for securing material resources for rough construction. The technological procedures are focused on the realization of pilotage and contact insulation systems, as well as quality control and testing plans for these procedures. In addition, the thesis also deals with the balancing of workers and the assessment of the main lifting mechanism.

1 Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator Abstract This thesis is focused on the legal view of the health and safety coordinator on construction sites. This topic is a very specific area of occupational health and safety falling within the field of labour law. Its importance lies mainly in the high risks of working on a construction site due to the complexity of the construction works and the serious consequences that arise if health and safety is underestimated. The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively summarize the function of the OHS coordinator on a construction site, their activities and the activities of other persons involved in ensuring health and safety on construction sites. The thesis begins with an introduction and ends with a conclusion. The core of the thesis is divided into 7 chapters, where the first of them discusses the general legal regulation of occupational health and safety in the Czech Republic. The next chapter deals directly with the person of the coordinator, who can become OHS coordinator, which requirements a person must meet for this position and how the examination of professional competence for the activities of the OHS coordinator is conducted. This diploma thesis is occupied with issues of Ergonomics, Health and Safety in the workplace. The major aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate a state of Ergonomics and it's impact on the safety work in selected company. For research purposes of the thesis was selected a large company Firma XY, operating in the electrical industry. This topic is needed to pay a sufficient attention to in every company, especially with regard to industrial enterprises, where a lot of people are employed. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is dedicated to safety and health protection during the work in general and it talks about basic terms, legal requirements and mainly about ergonomics.In practical part is the system of occupational health and safety (OHS) management and a method of identifying and evaluating risks are introduced. The analysis is based on a personal interview with manager OHS and on employee questionnaire results. The results of questionnaire survey are shown in the form of graphs. The outcome of this thesis is a proposal of measures that should lead to an improvement in the work on the workplace.

Obligations of the employer in terms of occupational health and safety with focus on personal protective equipment Abstract The thesis deals with obligations of the employer in terms of occupational health and safety with focus on personal protective equipment. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse applicable legislation of occupational health and safety that was (and still is) under examination due to COVID-19 pandemic. Further goal is to analyse if the legislation is sufficient, unequivocal or if the pandemic showed some deficiencies which should be amended. The first part primarily introduces the issue of occupational health and safety in terms of labour code. It continues with analysis and summarization of individual obligations of an employer as well as rights and obligations of an employee. This section then also considers the legislation of occupational health and safety in relation to employment agencies and their employees. The second part contains European and domestic legislation of personal protective equipment and subsequent case law. One chapter attempts to summarize practical information about procedure of classification of risks and how to subsequently create a list of personal protective equipment based on such procedure. E-learning in occupational health and safety in professional education of workers

1 ABSTRACT Participation on occupational health and safety training is one of the basic duties in the field of professional education of employees. With respect to the fact that the law imposes an obligation on employers to provide this training but does not specify its form any further, e-learning is becoming an indivisible part of completing the requirements in this field. This thesis will execute a thorough theoretical look into three major parts which are professional education, e-learning and occupational health and safety training, which are linked together throughout the selected chapters. The empirical part depicts a data analysis and results of a research investigation that was executed through a standardized questionnaire in collaboration with respondents who acquired direct experience with a training in the field of occupational health and safety in e-learning form. The questionnaire was conceived and published at the end of an e-learning training in collaboration with a company providing complex services in the field of occupational health and safety, a significant part of which is based on the aforementioned e-learning courses. Preparation for the implementation of the Bučovice Terrace Residence

The subject of the diploma thesis is the implementation of apartment buildings in Bučovice, specifically focusing on the apartment building "X". It deals with a construction technology project. Its content is a technical report on the construction technology project, traffic relations for the transport of materials and machines to the construction site, technical report on the construction site equipment, construction technology study, machine design, elaboration of technological regulation for monolithic ceiling construction and infiltration tank. The chapters on safety and health protection at work on the construction site, the LEED certification system and a noise study for earthworks are also elaborated. Several diagrams of the procedure of execution of individual constructions, time and financial plan, selected details are elaborated. The thesis contains 30 appendices.
Multipurpose Hospital Building in Český Krumlov - Building Technology Project

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a construction technology project for the construction of a new hospital pavilion in Český Krumlov. The thesis processes the preparation of construction and proposal of the organization of individual activities on the construction site in time sequence. The thesis contains technological regulations for the foundation of construction and realization of the monolithic frame on the 1st floor, which also includes drawings of the formwork of the ceiling slab and a scheme of formwork of columns and walls. Further contents are technological report, technological study of realization, transport relations, time and financial plans, complete construction site equipment for the whole construction phase, design of construction mechanisms and assessment of their suitability for use, resource balance, technological analysis, itemized budget, and occupational health protection for selected processes and noise studies dealing with the impact of building construction on the surrounding development.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the realization of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall in brno. It deals with construction-technological execution of the substructure and assembled skeleton. Its content is a technical report of the construction site equipment including the drawing, the solution of transport relations for the transport of materials and machines, technological regulations for earthworks and the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton, machine assembly, time schedule of implementation and itemized budget for the given technological stage. The work also deals with the quality of the work and safety of work. Furthermore, several schemes of execution of individual structures and alternative foundation of substructure for prefabricated halls are elaborated.

The diploma thesis focuses on risk assessment in the area of occupational health and safety, specifically on the risks in the implementation of 3D printing into the production process. The introductory part of the work introduces theoretical background in the area of occupational health and safety, together with the knowledge of 3D printing and methods for identification and risk management. In the following part, the identification, analysis and assessment of risks is carried out on a concrete example. Appropriate measures for their minimization, including financial evaluation, are proposed for the assessed risks.
