Project for an automouse source of electrical energy
Vinkler, Stanislav ; Bok, Jaromír (referee) ; Matoušek, Antonín (advisor)
Purpose of the thesis is enlarged the theory about potential utilization of an autonomous (autonomic) electric power supply used for a family house. Forepart will dealt with description of the resources in accordance with conversion of different kinds of energy to electric power. There will be always given the principle of the power generation as well as a list of main components of the system for each single source. Second part will be focused on generator output assessment of the autonomous source to ensure the power supply for the model family house. There will be my own design of the autonomous sources namely a project of a small hydropower plants and a project of a cogeneration unit in the third section of the thesis. The last part is aimed at the techno-economical evaluation of the engineered sources.
Project of optimalization and cooperation of power units
Hübková, Ivana ; Mastný, Petr (referee) ; Radil, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with heat circulation in condensing thermal power plants and the possibilities of increasing their effectiveness. Specifically it addresses several topics, namely: "increasing of inlet steam parameters, improving of vacuum in the condenser, regenerative heating, reheating of steam and, last but not least, the supercritical steam parameters." Furthermore, it also deals with losses in heat circulation, power balance and specific consumption. Another part of this thesis deals with optimization of operations and cooperation of two power plant units. A case study shows the optimal power division at load. The cost and consumption characteristics of these blocks are plotted. An insight into the future of Czech energetics is made, theorizing about the advantages of dividing electrical energy distribution, from the point of view of economy, environment, and primarily, technology.
Engineering solution of photovoltaic power station
Gajdošík, Ivo ; Sobotka, Jiří (referee) ; Míča, Ivan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the usage of solar photovoltaic panel production of electic energy. First part focuses on solar radiation alighting the Earth, respectively the area of Czech republic. Next part covers a development of photovoltaic from the very beggining til nowadays, it describes its spread in the world and the area of Czech republic. Then a reader us introduced to physical principles that work inside solar cells a one single chapter desribes individual parts of photovoltaic power station. Next chapter is dedicated to a model study of photovoltaic power station devided in two alternates- with stacionary placement of panel and placement on trackers, where after a market research, there is a whole technical solution designed and economical and delivery balance is calculated. At the last part there are described main directions of development in the field of usage of solar energy for electric current production.
Photovoltaic panels of new generation
Loveček, Michal ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities how to take use of photovoltaic power stations situated in the Czech Republic. In the first part there is the procedure of photovoltaic energy convertion analyzed and the source of this energy described – Sun. The pieces of information about the technology of sollar cells manufacturig and some new technologies recently developed by scientist are summed up in the following part. As next there is the function of photovolatic arrays described as well as how the form of their construction affect their effectiveness. And last but not least the individual project of FV system for family house in Czech Republic with its evaluation is worked out.
Case study on utilizing of heat from the nuclear power plant Dukovany in the district heating system
Kozel, David ; Drbošal, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
In this thesis, I was solved assessment of nuclear power plant Dukovany, conection to the hot water network to city Brno. For determine the size needful enforcement was necessary to establish the heat balance of needs of the city of Brno and the size of the heat supply options. After that it was possible to determine the dimensions of pipes and optimize his routes of due to the current state of land along the route of thermal power supply. Power supply parameters were chosen with regard to the possibilities of technology used for transmission of the media and the status quo for distribution of the city Brno. After pushing the power supply ahead of the city Brno into the pumping station Bosonohy, and second part of the solution was the connection to the backbone wiring SCZT heat to individual customers. The last point was elaborated design management system of heat from nuclear power plant and urban local based resources on current management of heat supply system using consumption diagrams SCZT.
Systems design and possibilities of utilization of photovoltaic power station in the Czech Republic
Švec, Radovan ; Procházka, Zdeněk (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with project and possibilities of use of photovoltaic power stations at the area of the Czech Republic. The first part is dedicated to state and aproach to solar energy in our state and abroad. In the second part are described parts of mecanism used for conversion of solar radiation to electric energy. The third part deals with physical principal of photovoltaic effect. Other parts are dedicated to general project of photovoltaic power station and in the final part economic evaluation of project and joining to the transmission system are mentioned.
Technologies for electricity storage
Pochylý, Jiří ; Kracík, Petr (referee) ; Škorpík, Jiří (advisor)
The point of this work is to compare and to describe basic types and principles of electric storage systems. With the increasing imbalance between consumption and generation of electric energy there is a need for integration of electric accumulators to the electric grid. Technologies for electric energy storage can be divided into several types, which differ in form and conversion of energy. These technologies are suitable for specific industrial applications.
Black coal position in the Czech energy sector
Kolarčík, Vojtěch ; Škvařil, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis describes role of coal (especially the black) on the energy industry of Czech Republic. It attends to present sort of reserves in the Word and by us. Next it evaluates actual sort of energy industry. Closely analyses the power station Dětmarovice. It looks for possibilities enjoyment of coal in the future not only in the energy sector.
Effect of changes in legislation on the profitability of business in solar energy
EIBLOVÁ, Pavla
The main goal of my bachelor work is the characteristic of photovoltaics (solar energy) and its legislation. In the first part I have studied information about photovoltaics in Czech Republic and information about the operation of solar power plants and its types of supporting. The main theoretical part of the thesis is the collection of all laws related to solar energy, including the interconnection of individual laws to others, especially to the standards set by the European Union. Furthermore, I will describe the development of legislation during the years 2010 - 2012, which will be viewed in chronological order and actually collected from various sources in the form of short messages or selected passages of law and adapted to an effective review. The goal of the practical part of the thesis is to introduce the concretely selected photovoltaic power plants and to determine the impact of the "solar tax" on their business. I have used the chosen methods of financial analysis, value and bankruptcy models and profitability to analyze the impact caused by the changes in legislation. Last part is dedicated to review the achieved results.
The analysis of the existing evacuative plans from the emergency zone of the Nuclear power station Temelin.
ŠANDA, Petr
RÉSUMÉ This work concentrates on analysis of the outer emergency plan of the power station Temelin. It also focuses on documentation of radioactive matters which appear in extraordinary situations at the mentioned power station. There is an explanation of the outer emergency plan in the first part of this work. In the second chapter there is more detailed structure of this plan and also the plan of decontamination is mentioned here. There is a brief description of all single parts of that plan in the third chapter. The whole fourth part is about decontamination. There are some principles determined here. The principles are mentioned in order to explain how to proceed in carrying out the techniques of decontamination. The fifth part of this work describes what a radiation event is and what its grades are. There is a summary of pieces of knowledge of this work at the end. And there is also recommendation for the further progress in this section at the end of this work.
