Approximation surfaces for 3D data
Valachová, Alžbeta ; Novák, Jiří (referee) ; Procházková, Jana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dealing with approximation surfaces for 3D data using methods such as RANSAC, least square method and B-spline surface. Its goal is to study and program these methods. First, the methods are described and then the actual programs are analysed. In the end of the thesis, we compare all three methods using data from 3D scanning. Through this effort we can assess their positives and negatives.
Replica of a historical machine gun mount
Doležal, Jakub ; Suchý, Jan (referee) ; Maňas, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and construction of the Královopolská gun mount replica, which were equipped in selected objects of Czechoslovak border fortifications before the World War II. This work is devoted to the analysis of the original documents for the gun mount, CAD model creation, 3D scanning and modification of scanned polygonal mesh of the heavy machine gun vz.24, which was selected as an example of machine guns mounted in the Královopolská gun mount. This is followed by a virtual compatibility check of the gun mount model with the machine gun model. The production model creation is introduced in next part, using technology with the lowest possible production costs. Complete drawing documentation for the replica production is also part of this bachelor thesis.
Meshes
Pec, Jiří ; Moješčík, David (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the artistic processing of the 3D mesh topology. The object is based on a self-portrait 3D scan and its polygon mesh topology. The realization is made in a steel polygon mesh of the developed body surface, in a way that the individual polygons are loosely connected so that the mesh is flexible as well as human hide.
My Private Collection - "Tetraptych"
Nikitina, Pavla ; Skalický, Martin (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with increasing and transfering texture details of abstract paintings into sculptural monochrome reliefs. My collection of 3D detail scans of abstract paintings from world-famous museums served as the basis for my work. The result is four sculptural reliefs created by robotic machining into polyurethane blocks based on the 3D scans.
CNC machining of shaft from gearbox
Konvičný, Denis ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the production of gearbox shaft components using a CNC machine tool, shaft programming in Tebis 4.0 R8 software, Sinumerik SinuTrain 7.5, and manufacturing accuracy checking using 3D scanning technology, which allows you to compare the CAD model and the scan of the manufactured part.
Anthropometry and 3D scan differences of upper body in resistance trained athletes and soccer players
Čečelský, Jakub ; Šťastný, Petr (advisor) ; Petr, Miroslav (referee)
The name of this dissertation: Differences between comparison using anthropometry and 3D scanning of the upper body with a power-trained athletes and football players. The aim of this dissertation: Compare the outputs of anthropometric measurements and measurements using 3D scanning for upper body power-trained athletes and football players. Method: The contents of this work was measured antropometri (height, weight, length arm width skinfold, measurement epicondyle, physical circuits) scanning both arms chest. Somatotype was measured using a method of Heath-Carter. Correlation analysis was used to search the potential of the relationship between variables. The sample consisted of 24 subjects in two groups. ST group (power-trained) = 15 probands FB group (playing football) = 9 probands. Results: I summarized the findings of anthropometry and 3D scanning with using literature. Statistical and real significance has shown differences between study groups, and therefore we can conclude that despite similar somatic composition are frictionally trained demonstrably more active muscle on the contrary, we found that the total mass We clearly does not affect the age, size, or percentage of fat that had little effect on intergroup comparison. This means that despite the diversity of sporting focus of the two...
Replacement of human bones by synthetic materials using 3D printing
Svoboda, Štěpán ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first section summarizes the theory of the issue. Here we are unified theoretical information about the various possibilities of different approaches. The result of this part is therefore a general summary of theoretical possible procedures of creation bone implant, where each are listed the advantages and disadvantages. The theoretical part also contains information that ultimately, in practice, the author did not use. But his idea was to create a comprehensive look at the issue from several angles. The second part uses theoretical knowledge from the previous set of information as a basis for defining the steps required to successfully manage the issues of bone 3D printing. The third part will follow the guidelines of both previous and focuses on practical making bones and subsequent evaluation method chosen. There are discussed various steps that led to the final conclusion, making bones and work is then focused on the evaluation of the success of selected procedures and recommendations for future action.
Single-cylinder Engine of a Road Motorcycle
Čech, Martin ; Molcar, Martin (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis is focusing on the construction of a four-stroke internal combustion engine for a 250 ccm road bike. Since it is a road bike, the introduction of legislation of the Czech Republic for this category is outlined in the introduction of the thesis. Furthermore, disassembling of similar and competitive engine was conducted. The thesis also describes the process of construction of this four-stroke internal combustion engine. In addition, the thesis compares friction loss on the main bearing crankshaft. In the latter part there is summarization of all findings.
THE USE OF 3D TECHNOLOGY IN THE PUBLIC SPACE
Šebánek, Jan ; Medek, Tomáš (referee) ; Kristek,, Jan (referee) ; Sobotka, Jiří (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to define the impact of rapid prototyping technology in terms of creative potential to use this technology represents a particularly sculpture and architecture. Rapid Prototyping is a generic term covering a range of technologies: 3D scan converting the already realistic three-dimensional objects in computer memory, parametric modeling, which creates three-dimensional objects based on the formative algorithms, photogrammetry method of compiling three-dimensional object from a photo, technology, 3D printing materializing after each layer objects transferred from the computer's memory. When processing the theoretical work will be explored and discussed possibilities for realization of basic three-dimensional objects using 3D technology. The second step will be to map the different methods of access to artists working with 3D technology. In the end it tried to evaluate the benefits of these technologies in the field of sculpture and architecture in terms of traditional approaches. This paper attempts to describe the possible implications and potential of this progressive field in the classical artistic disciplines such as sculpture and architecture, both in terms of benefits and in terms of the eventual negative impact with respect to increasing the availability of this technology.
Innovation of suspension mechanism for mountain bike
Hrubý, Patrik ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis includes the description, the analyze of the issue and innovations of the bike suspension for mountain bike, including design of the geometry, shape and propose of the production in the individual production devices. Belonging work is also construction 3D model of the particular parts the bike suspension and making mechanical drawing. The next thesis hints as exploitation of the modern technologies as is reverse engineering, making models in program Autodesk Inventor or work on 5-axis CNC milling machine and their interaction.
