The human face in relation to personality of individual
Řezníčková, Tereza ; Pivoňková, Věra (advisor) ; Třebický, Vít (referee)
The human face is the richest source of information of the human body. It has been connected with psychological characteristics since the ancient Greece. Nowadays the science has been trying to empirically prove the mentioned connection. Researches are interested in perception of personality characteristics based on facial morphology. We can include there researches that investigate the accuracy of the perception of such personality traits on the basis of personality questionnaires. Studies show that personality of individual can be estimated accurately even from facial photography for extraversion, dominance or intelligence of an individual. The evaluators also agree on attributed personality traits. This may be due to the fact that our evaluations are affected by many factors and accuracy in evaluating of personality traits may have several explanations. Personality and morphology can affect biological (e.g. sexual hormones) or ecological and social factors. Facial morphology may be formed by personality traits or frequent emotional expression. It can be also caused by appropriate characteristics that are attributed to us by others. Babyfaced, facial feminity or masculinity or attractiveness of an evaluated individual is the most important factor that affects our evaluation.

Mgr. Andrea Svobodová Komplexní studium Rukopisu dzikovského se zam ením na grafickou, jazykovou a textovou analýzu eské sbírky kázání A Comprehensive Study of The Dzikowian Manuscript Focusing on a Graphic, Language and Textual Analysis of the Czech Postil Abstract The thesis submits a comprehensive philological analysis of the Dzikowian Manuscript, an insufficiently explored late medieval manuscript containing two postils, de tempore in Latin and de sanctis in Old Czech. The thesis aims to specify the place of this work in the context of medieval preaching, to critically review the previous research and to find new paths of research in evaluating this work. It is divided into three chapters, their common topic being attribution of both the postils on the grounds of codicological, content, and especially language features. Special emphasis is put on description of non-standard language phenomena, their interpretation being a key factor for transcription rules (one of the main results achieved apart from precising probable dating and localisation is a complete transcription of the Old Czech postil). The phenomena described enrich the existing inventory of deviations from the standard language and call for relating to other sources traditionally categorised as dialectal and thus for elaborating diachronic...
České malé a střední podniky a efektivita jejich PPC marketingu
Zachová, Hana ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Hlaváček, Josef (referee)
This thesis examines the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing; more specifically it looks at the topic of Pay-per-click advertising on the scope of Small and Medium-sized businesses in the Czech Republic. The thesis provides literature review of the historical and current possible practices of what specific measures can be used to evaluate the success of pay-per-click advertising. Moreover, it connects the measurement subject with the associated area of attribution modeling. This topic represents an important issue for the online marketers mostly because of a currently widely used last-click attribution model that is not able to attribute the fair value of the different channels on the consumer journey to purchase. The primary research conducted in the form of qualitative research through in-depth interviews brings insights into the current practices of selected representatives of Czech SME sector as well as the digital agencies on the matter of measuring the success of online marketing and the attribution modeling. Derived findings give a picture at what stage of development the measurement and attribution of PPC currently is in the Czech SME market.
Cross-channel attribution modelling
Žárský, Jiří ; Šperková, Lucie (advisor) ; Vraná, Lenka (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on attribution in the context of online marketing and studies available evaluation models for the performance of advertising campaigns. This performance is measured on the basis of the campaigns' effectiveness in catching the attention of customers and generating revenue. Data containing information about users' interactions with real advertising campaigns were used for the analysis. Prior to solving the attribution problem, data from the AdForm platform were cleansed and transformed into the required structures. This process is automated by the ETL tool called Keboola. Afterwards, data are analyzed using various attribution modelling techniques such as simple heuristics, the Shapley Value or Markov chains. The thesis discusses the theoretical side, as well as the actual application of these models. In the last section, the results of individual models are interpreted, taking into account the campaign costs. The interpretation is performed in the Tableau visualization software, using metrics such as the return on advertisement spending. This thesis presents a critical assessment of attribution models based on predetermined criteria. A scheme of data transformations, which can be used for future analyses of advertisement campaigns, was also created as part of this work. The thesis further includes a chapter discussing issues potentially leading to inaccuracies in the models' results.
The analysis of inhabitants´ attributions of prosperous and stagnant villages
The analysis of inhabitants´ attributions of prosperous and stagnant villages
Plucha, Martin Mgr.
