Organically growing companies usually reach a point when people management starts to be challenging up to such scale that influences their further development. This master thesis in its first part covers basic topics essential for people management, especially communication, work motivation, job design and leadership. In the second part of this work is focus put on empiric research of a concrete situation inside the selected company, analyses of management interviews and employee questionnaires. The last part then presents a set of recommendations adjusted directly for the researched company in order to help improve current situation.
The ways of increasing employees’ motivation and satisfaction in selected organizations

The diploma thesis first describes basic motivation theories and other, motivation related, subjects. Further, in reference to several extensive investigations via questionnaires taken in two different companies with more than one year gap, evaluates the motivation and satisfaction of employees. It also examines how the motivation and satisfaction changed after implementing several organizational changes; more efficient work time management, more transparent organizational structure, improved communication between managers and employees, etc. The thesis also compares the results of the questionnaires taken in those two companies and tries to find common motivators despite the fact the each company finds itself in a very different field and has diverse employee structure. All the questionnaires were based on Stoewer's test.
Motivation and remuneration of human resources in selected company

The purpose of this thesis with the title "Analysis of motivation and remuneration system of employees" was the analysis of current situation in the selected company O.T.E.C. CR s.r.o. The analysis concentrated on the motivation and the remuneration for the human resources. In case of need changes of HR system were suggested. For the method of survey I chose the investigating method of asking the employees to get the complete picture. On the basis of the results from the question blanks a new, more effective system of personal fees and motivation was suggested. Suggestions for the improvement of the motivation of the employees in the company are: Improving the format and regularity of the information´s transfer to employees. Regular evaluations of the employees (not only the company results) in a suitable form. Revaluation of the existing remuneration system and using more of the variable part of wage. Revision the system of non-financial benefits and extension its actual supply.
Identification and comparison of motivational factors in senior nurses and nurses working in shifts.

Motivation to work is understood as an individual´s approach to work, his/her willingness to work. People are motivated when they expect to achieve goals or get rewards satisfying their needs. Currently health care facilities are facing the shortage and turnover of nursing staff. Therefore, hospitals are commissioned to create such an environment in which nurses become motivated, because only motivated nurses can provide a quality nursing care, which is expressed in patients´ satisfaction and rewarding feelings in nurses. The aim of the thesis was to identify and compare motivational factors of senior nurses and nurses working in shifts. The aim was fulfilled. Three hypotheses were set. First hypothesis: The most important motivating factor in nurses in senior positions is professional development was not confirmed. Second hypothesis: The most important motivating factor in nurses working in shifts is a financial reward was not confirmed. Third hypothesis: Motivational factors in nurses vary depending on the job assignment was confirmed. Results of the survey will be provided to medical officers to give them an overview of the most important motivational factors in nurses and the outcomes could also be a source of information for the hospital management how to effectively motivate the personnel. Senior nurses may focus on non-financial forms of rewards such as acknowledgements, thanks, appreciations, and good interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
Motivation and stimulation of work performance

The Thesis was aimed at evaluation of the level of motivation and stimulation of work performance in a company upon a worked out analysis and proposal of suitable measures for improvement in this sphere. I chose Stora Enso Timber Planá s. r. o. The first part of the Thesis summarises theoretical knowledge of motivation and stimulation of work performance. It also characterizes the company, its history, size and number of staff. I performed an analysis of motivation and stimulation based on a questionnaire survey, evaluation and gave proposals for improvement. I would propose the following recommendation to the company: a simpler form of lodging suggestions and complaints by means of a dedicated letterbox,improvement of staff information, motivation component of salary, use of moral stimulation and extra work benefits.
Motivation and stabilization of employees

Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the motivation, stabilization and work satisfaction of employees in chosen corporation. Basic terms connected with theoretical background for example sources of motivation,theory of working motivation and others are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part offers closer view inside to the company, studies its motivational and stabilizational instruments, employees benefits and other factors used to satisfy the staff. Research was backed up with questionare and at the end of my work I analyzed all outputs with proper offers to improve critical results of some sections.
Motivation of workers of specific production in a small firm

The thesis is dealing with the motivation of human resources in a small firm producing the specialized medical equipment. The aim is to analyse the actual situation of a motivation stucture and work satisfaction through the use of an empirical research and to suggest recommendations for the improvement of this area of the company's human resource management. The theoretical part characterizes a question of work motivation, system of assessment and remuneration of workers including employee benefits. The practical part of the thesis characterizes these areas of the personnel work in the company and then it analyses factors of motivation and work satisfaction of employees. Results of the questionnaire examination are used for the suggestions of some measures for the improvement of work motivation, satisfaction and stabilisation of the company's employees.

The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term employee benefits, explains tax measures, describes theories of work motivation and current trends in this area. The main aim of the following practical part is to analyse the system of employee benefits in concrete company and suggest steps to optimalization of the system.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with sphere of human resources. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the system of employee motivation and remuneration in the warehouse of the industrial company Hennlich Industrietechnik. The theory engages with a definition of the motivation, work motivation and motivation factors. It explains individual motivation conceptions, creation of wages and forms of remuneration. The practical part of this bachelor thesis analyses the motivation of employees and forms of remuneration. A questionnaire method was used for analysis of the present employee's satisfaction with the system. Proposals for improvement in researched areas are presented on the basis of the results of the evaluation. The mentioned recommendations can be applied in all companies operating in the industry.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the staff remuneration in an enterprise. The theme is mainly focused on the field of employee benefits. The practical part solves the implementation of a new benefit scheme in a particular organization in a wider framework. It aims to provide an illustration of a significant bond between the tendency of the market and employees remuneration. It also covers the bond between culture of a particular organization and of employee remuneration. The real data reflecting external and internal environment of this organization and captured in a concrete time period are used in this thesis, additionally, the measurements used in business practises are mentioned.
