Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých výhod a jejich působením na motivaci zaměstnanců. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem zaměstnanecké výhody, vysvětluje daňová opatření, popisuje teorie pracovní motivace a současné trendy v oblasti benefitů. Cílem navazující praktické části je analyzovat systém zaměstnaneckých výhod v konkrétní společnosti a navrhnout optimalizační opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a snížení fluktuace ve firmě. The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits and their incentive influence on employees. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term employee benefits, explains tax measures, describes theories of work motivation and current trends in this area. The main aim of the following practical part is to analyse the system of employee benefits in concrete company and suggest steps to optimalization of the system.
