Employment of foreigners in the Czech republic

The Czech Republic has recently experienced an unprecedented influx of foreigners into its territory. The majority of those people come because of work opportunities. This phenomenon raises the questions of how to best regulate this influx and how to set the conditions under which these people work, so as to be a benefit and not a burden for society. The Czech Republic has set strict rules in order to prevent the foreigners from negatively affecting the domestic labour market. However, stricter the conditions are, the risk of law infringement is higher. For this reason, the main goal of the Czech legislation concerning the employment of foreigners should be the setting of effective rules in order to enable the state to benefit from the foreigner labour market, while simultaneously ensuring that there are adequate control mechanisms to prevent any infringements of the law. The aim of this thesis is to describe the Czech legislation concerning the employment of foreigners, to highlight the current problems and also the challenges for the future, to draw a comparison between the Czech and Australian legislation and to make further recommendations for the Czech Republic. Employment of foreigners in the medical facilities

The subject of this diploma thesis is to characterize the requirements on legal stay of foreign employees in the Czech Republic, their employment and recognition of their qualification. Topics found in the literature and associated to international migration of employees in medical facilities, topics associated to their legal stay in the Czech Republic, rules of employing them and rules of recognition of their qualification are described in theoretical part of my diploma thesis. The main goal of the practical part is to find out what is the state in 2 medical facilities which took part in my research. And to compare them from the perspective of their quality, according to the structure of all professions and work adjustment of foreign employees. The project of job agency for the group AGROFERT

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the Czech labor market and assess whether there is manpower for the group AGROFERT. Furthermore to analyze foreign markets and identify potential foreign workers. Based on the analysis and theoretical knowledge of agency employment to assess whether an internal labor agency for the group AGROFERT would help solve the current problem - a shortage of workers. The thesis is divided into 2 parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic background of labor markets and an explanation of key concepts in the issue of agency employment and employment of foreign nationals. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and proposals of measures that could improve the current situation.

Employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis looks into the topic of Employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic in the terms of dependant work. The aim is to deal with the issue of obtaining necessary the permissions by these individuals (i.e. residence permission, employment permission, blue card and green card). Furthermore, this thesis deals with the current practice of the Czech employers and job agencies and also means (gateways and government programmes) which assist foreigners in finding a job in the Czech Republic. The thesis is supplemented by a survey carried out through two electronic questionnaires among Czech employers and foreign employees.

Vietnamese employment in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on implementation and adaptation of Vietnamese immigrants to the Czech labor market including all legislative conditions regarding employing of the Vietnamese, starting by explaining the meanings of basic terms all the way to complex legal aspects which are crucial for legal functioning on the employer's side. Business activities of this minority are also mentioned as well as Czech-Vietnamese relations since their beginnings including bilateral treaties. For the practical part, interviews and comparison of two generations were chosen.

An Influence of Foreigners on the Labour Market in South Bohemia Region and Neighbouring Regions

This article treats with foreigners on the labour market in South Bohemia and South Moravia regions. In the opening part there are described the general principals of labour market functioning and the legislative conditions of foreigners{\crq} use on the Czech labour market. Also the encouragement of employing foreigners and their integration in the Czech Republic is mentioned. The practical part of this article is focused on analysis of the situation of the foreigners on the labour market in the regions in view. First of all, each region is shortly described and afterwards the situation of the foreigners living in the region is described. In the next chapter there are the results of analysis presented and the whole article briefly summarized. In the end the impacts of the current economic crisis on future trends in the amount of the foreigners in the Czech Republic are mentioned as well.

Comparison of the immigrant's position on the labor market in the Czech Republic and in Germany

The main goal of this final thesis is the analysis of the immigrant's position on the labor market in the Czech Republic and in Germany. For this purpose the thesis makes a research of particular factors and barriers which immigrants have to deal with on the labor market and define their direct effects. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the integration policy of both countries. Based on performed analysis in the field of immigration and integration the author of the thesis makes a comparison of the attitudes of both countries towards the immigrants with the aim to set up fitting measures for improvement of the immigrant's situation on the Czech labor market. The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part is focused on theoretical solutions in the field of migration, migration policy, integration and discrimination. In analytical part, there is carry out a proper analysis according to the set goals.

Práce popisuje způsob ukončení pracovního poměru a administrativu s tím spojenou.
