Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnávání cizinců na území České republiky z hlediska jejich výkonu závislé práce. Cílem je řešení problematiky získávání potřebných oprávnění těmito osobami (tj. povolení k pobytu, povolení k zaměstnání, modrá a zelená karta). Dále se tato práce zabývá současnou praxí tuzemských zaměstnavatelů a agentur práce a také prostředky (portály a vládními programy), které jsou cizincům nápomocny při hledání zaměstnání na území ČR. Práce je doplněna o dotazníkové šetření provedené prostřednictvím elektronických dotazníků mezi tuzemskými zaměstnavateli a zahraničními zaměstnanci. The bachelor thesis looks into the topic of Employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic in the terms of dependant work. The aim is to deal with the issue of obtaining necessary the permissions by these individuals (i.e. residence permission, employment permission, blue card and green card). Furthermore, this thesis deals with the current practice of the Czech employers and job agencies and also means (gateways and government programmes) which assist foreigners in finding a job in the Czech Republic. The thesis is supplemented by a survey carried out through two electronic questionnaires among Czech employers and foreign employees.
