Automatic detection of ischemia in ECG
Noremberczyk, Adam ; Potočňák, Tomáš (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This thesis discusses the utilization of the artificial neural networks (ANN) for detection of coronary artery disease (CAD) in frequency area. The first part of this thesis is orientated towards the theoretical knowledge. Describes the issue of ECG pathological changes. ECQ are converted to frequency area. Described statistical methods and methods for automatic detection of CAD and MI. Explained the issue of the perceptron and ANN. The second deals with use of Neural Network Toolbox MATLAB®. This part focuses on counting and finding suitable parameters and making connection of band. At the end of the thesis UNS is used to detect ischemic parameters and the results are discussed. Average values for the best settings are 100% accuracy.
Measurement of the fiber optical transport links
Ambrož, Jan ; Škorpil, Vladislav (referee) ; Reichert, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the measurement of optical transport links. In particular, the measurement of attenuation, chromatic and polarization mode dispersion. Specic me- asurement systems using a WDM and passive optical networks. Within each chapter are listed the causes and eects restrictive factors and methods of measurement. In chapter Attenuation measurements are described radiation and material loss as the main causes of depression. Methods whitch are described two lengths, insert loss and reectometri. Chromatic dispersion at dierent speeds of various wavelengths limits systems with high transfer rate. Methods of measuring the phase shift, dierential phase shift, pulse time delay and interference. Polarization mode dispersion is a random phenomenon caused double refraction, must be measured after completion of the route. Scanning wavelen- gth, traditional and general interference, reectometri and the polarimetric are methods of measurement. It described the measurement of WDM systems in three stages of its build. In brief PON networks are presented, with the specicities of the measurement over splitter. Most chapters are supplemented by the results and conclusions of practical measurements. At the end of the work are given by the two standards deal with the measurement of optical transport links.
No Particular Title
Borovková, Magdalena ; Othová, Markéta (referee) ; Klímová, Barbora (advisor)
The topic of my work is space and its influence on our perception. I am interested in how this perception changes during time. I create small interventions that can remain overlooked as through they are on visible sites. The choice of particular interventions is based on my subjective experience with the location - which in this work is the building of our school. With my interventions, I intend to intensify the spectators consciousness of space and time - „here and now“ - and the complex perception the environment. Using photographic record, reflections on variuos surfaces, and point of view, I work with time and space. The main question for me was whether is there a way to „catch“ a moment and project it back into his site.
Code Analysis and Transformation
Křoustek, Jakub ; Masařík, Karel (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
This paper describes methods and procedures used for code analysis and transformation. It contains basic information of a science discipline called reverse engineering and its use in information technologies. The primary objective is a construction of tool that can disassemble from binary form to symbolic machine code. This operation is highly dependent on the concrete instruction set, and it has to be used for a beforehand known processor architecture. This problem is solved with patterns, plug-ins, and modularity of disassembler. These features provide users the ability to add new instruction sets into this disassembler. The output is the text representation of instructions and is functionally equivalent to the in-put. The thesis demonstrates usual methods of disassembly as well as the methods made by the author.
Use of Waste Water in Nuclear Power Dukovany for Heating
Bohůn, Vojtěch ; Bartošík, Tomáš (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with various ways of energetically advantageous utilization of waste heat produced by industrial technologies. The focus of the diploma thesis is both to provide an overview of different ways and places of origin of waste heat in industrial technologies and of its possible reutilization, to suggest a concrete air heating system using waste heat and to propose a long-distance hot water pipe which supplies hot water pipe system with energy. First, technologies producing waste heat and some ways of regressing of heat in such technologies are theoretically described. Second, the equipment for transferring of heat and for adjustment of thermal energy parameters is described. A special focus is put on water supplies of the Nuclear Power Plant Dukovany and some selected parts of its secondary circuit, which is waste heat collected from. The analysis is supplemented by a calculation of theoretical quantity of waste heat. The aim of the calculation is to determine whether waste heat can be a source of energy for heating. Then, a current system of heating of three selected buildings in the area of the Nuclear Power Plant Dukovany is briefly described. Based on the gained knowledge, a project of air heating with two heat pumps type water – water, a heat receiver preparing warm service water and three recuperative units for preheating of fresh heating air is designed. The selection of main parts of the air heating is amended by a calculation of purchase costs and electric energy consumption. After that, the focus is placed on choice of type of hot water pipe – its trace is stated and an indicative estimation and a thermal-conditions calculation in the hot water pipe are made. The preliminary calculation serves as a source of information for a final project of air heating and calculation of changes of temperatures longwise the hot water pipe. The project contains also a calculation of pressure losses and an analysis of economical questions concerning hot water pipes. In conclusion, the results of project of air heating and hot water pipes are summarized.
Heat exchangers
Kuráňová, Helena ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Uher, Pavel (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the issue of heat recovery and efficiency of exchangers. The experimental part is dedicated to the measurment of efficiency of a plastic model of heat exchanger with atypical construction compared to a standard plate heat exchanger. For production of the heat exchangers 3D printer was used so the thesis uses the possibilities that 3D printing is offering nowadays.
Air conditioning in the theater
Lenhart, Marek ; Vlček, Petr (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor’s dissertation is divided into three parts: theoretical, computational and design. The theoretical part is focused on heat recovery systems in air condition. The computational and project part deal with the design of air ventilation, heating and air conditioning theater.
Numerical solution of index-2 differenial-algebraic equations
Kroulíková, Tereza ; Opluštil, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zatočilová, Jitka (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with numerical solution of differential-algebraic equations. At first these equations are described theoretically and their basic properties are presented. Main attention is paid to index and the most used indexes are described in details. Then the thesis concentrates on numerical solution of Hessenberg forms index-2 differential-algebraic equations. Implicit Runge-Kutta methods and backward differentiation formulas are derived. Those are used for solution of index-2 differential-algebraic equations.
