Tracking the success of attack after the previous defense strike for beach volleyball players

The aim of the work: The aim of this work was to find out what attacks after the previous defense are played by the best players in the world and whether they are successful. Method: In this work I used statistics from videos on the Beach Major Series. Results: The results showed that the hardest strikes are most often played diagonally. Then statistics showed that players are successful in over half of their strikes, except for one exception. The content of this Diploma Thesis is dedicated to the listening activities in Music lessons at primary schools. The Diploma Thesis summarizes the history of listening activities in Music lessons. It deals with the position of Musical education in Framework Educational Programme. The Diploma Thesis comprises the overview of all the most frequently used music textbooks for primary schools. The textbooks are sorted according to the publisher. The Diploma Thesis examines whether the music textbooks for primary schools include listening activities, which music pieces appear in the music textbooks, how the textbooks dispose with the music pieces and whether the textbooks provide enough amount of topics for a creative work with listening to music. The following part of the Diploma Thesis describes the general structure of a music lesson focused on listening to music. It deals with an integrative approach to teaching Music and curricular relationships. The Diploma Thesis offers a well-arranged division of listening activities to several groups according to various criteria. Quantification of stroke cycles in breaststroke disciplines of top swimmers.

Title: Quantification of stroke cycles in breaststroke disciplines of top swimmers. Objectives: The aim of the desertation is to record the video clips breaststroke disciplines in category of men on czech swimming Championship 2013 and to record the number of stroke cycles of top swimmers at national, Europien and globe level, based on indirect observation. The observation is made in 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke. Furthermore, the results from each discipline are compared. Methods: Quantitatification and indirect observation method were used to acquire dates in form of the number of stroke cycles. Mathematical- statistical method is used to process obtained data. Tables are used to overall assessment. Comparate method was used in numbers of stroke cycles between choosed competitive swimmers. Results: Results represent and compare the numbers of stroke cycles between selected national, European and global level swimmers at 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke. The measured indicator is the number of strokes. The results show, that the optimal code of the number of strokes, which provide the personal best performance, cannot be built by the results. Utilization of cross-country skiing in the Educational Institute in Vrchlabí

Title: Cross-country skiing usage within the educational process at Children's Home with School Vrchlabi. Objectives: The objective of the bachelore thesis is the movie production, where I document and evaluate the specifics of cross-country skiing training and related attendance of students of Children's Home with School Vrchlabi during the Winter Olympic Games. Methods: Methods used for the purpose of this bachelor thesis were the observation and video documenting of students ski trainings and participation at Educational Institute & Children's Home with School winter games and method of conducted interview with Children's home with school Vrchlabi teachers. Results: The final videodocument from the ski camp and attendance on the WOH shows practiacally used metodics during the crosscountry ski camp. The second part presents the process of WOG, atmosphere and disciplines. Individuals Defensive Game Activities Analysis at Czech Players at the IIHF World Hockey Championship 2016

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the defensive playing activities of a Czech ice-hockey reprezentation's members during the World Ice-Hockey Cup 2016. The research was made on the group of 20 Czech participants of the Wolrd Cup 2016. It was mostly about the players in the playing area. We didn't include the goalkeeper because he never participates these activities. The average age of the group is 26,7 years, height 182,3 cm and weight 84,1 kgs. The theoretical part describes characteristics of ice-hockey, its history, systematics and rules. The analysis focuses on eight matches, seven in basic group and one in play-off. After that we compared all collected data. Based on the results of this thesis, we can see the difference among all defensive activities. Taking puck is the most common aktivity, which occurs almost continuously 54x average per match. Activity that was problematic during the tournament, namely occupying a player without the puck. Our ice-hockey players got into negative numbers, concretely -1.

3D Scene Reconstruction from Images

This thesis describes methods of reconstruction of 3D scenes from photographs and videos using the Structure from motion approach. A new software capable of automatic reconstruction of point clouds and polygonal models from common images and videos was implemented based on these methods. The software uses variety of existing and custom solutions and clearly links them into one easily executable application. The reconstruction consists of feature point detection, pairwise matching, Bundle adjustment, stereoscopic algorithms and polygon model creation from point cloud using PCL library. Program is based on Bundler and PMVS. Poisson surface reconstruction algorithm, as well as simple triangulation and own reconstruction method based on plane segmentation were used for polygonal model creation.

Optical Methods to Evaluate the Contractile Function of Isolated Cardiac Myocytes

Diploma work is focused on basic characteristics of optical measuring methods commonly used to rate contactions of isolated heart cell and describes basic actions, that are connected with it. A camera record made by a microscope served as basis for optical measuring methods of contractions chosen by us, with using appropriate method elaborating and analysis of pictures used for detection of important part of cell structure. The suggested user application built-up in Matlab environment allows analysis and interpretation of contractional functions in two methodical ways.
