The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a chosen company, identify weak sides in this area and suggest measures leading to improvement of company’s financial health on the basis of this analysis. This bachelor thesis will focus on evaluating financial situation and completing financial analysis of San Marco s.r.o. between years 2009-2012 through indicators of financial analysis. San Marco company carries on two family pensions in Mutěnice and vine cellar, which is also in Mutěnice near Hodonín. The bachelor thesis will further take up on suggestions to improve economic situations of the company.

This diploma thesis is focused on financial analysis of the pharmacy. The main attention is paid to elementary methods, mainly to analysis of balance, list of profits and loss, financial ratios and their systems. These methods are used for financial analysis of the pharmacy At the Lion. On the basis of findings, this diploma thesis includes proposals for improvement and evalutation of the contributions of these proposals for the company.

The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm

The aim of the Diploma thesis on the topic „Evaluation of the financial situation of a selected international company and proposals for its improvement“ is the elaboration and evaluation of the financial situation of Aircraft Industries, a.s., a leading Czech manufacturer of commercial aircraft, for the period 2014 to 2018. This thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part is processed the theoretical background needed to perform a financial analysis. The second part contains general information about the analyzed company and the actual processing of the financial analysis. Based on the results, the last part of this thesis proposes measures and recommendation to improve the financial situation of the company.

The second part, deals with own work, is focused on processing and application of individual indicators to the analyzed company Czech Sport Aircraft, a.s. The last part contains recommendations for improving the current financial situation of company.

In my Bachelor’s thesis I’m focuses on assessing the financial situation MESIT Ronex s.r.o. from 2008 to 2010. Evaluation will be carried out predominantly in the financial accounts and annual reports. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes familiarization with the current state of business and theoretical basis from which to choose appropriate indicators of financial analysis for the second part, which I will deal with the actual evaluation of the actual state. Finally, interpret the results of indicators and suggest solutions for the problem.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company Baťa, a.s. during the four years between 2005 and 2008. The results are taken from the company's financial statements for the period under consideration. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then secondly we introduce information about the firm and its neighbourhood in the form of basic factual information, and provide a SWOT analysis, a Porter's model and a 4P marketing mix analysis. In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company and then most importantly in the final part there are proposals to help improve the financial position of the company on the basis of the information provided.
