Improvement of manufacturing technology of flange

This diploma thesis focuses on improvement of the existing technology of the flange part in cooperation with the company Znojemské strojírny, s r.o. The theoretical part describes the technologies used in machining of the component. Subsequently, cutting materials and aluminum alloys are dealt with. A detailed analysis of the existing technology is performed in the practical part of the thesis followed by rationalization of the production process, which was carried out with respect to time and financial savings. A new technological procedure is developed after the improvement of the current production process. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation of the design improvement process is carried out.

Design of Medical Ultrasound Diagnostic Machine

The topic of this master’s thesis is design of a medical ultrasound diagnostic machine. The thesis focuses on a new perspective on composition and shaping of the ultrasound machine while respecting technical and ergonomic requirements. The goal of this thesis is addition of an aesthetic value and incorporation of new technologies so the product is able to compete on the current market.

Suggestion of technology for manufacturing parts of a hydraulic press

An introduction of hydraulic press and description of his main parts. An analysis of the given components and a proposal for the most suitable intermediate was made. A selection of tools and gauges for individual operations has been done. A proposition of manufacturing process and enumeration of machines times was proposed. Economic evaluation containing costs for intermediate, tools, workmen’s wages and energy for operating machines has been calculated.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is the development of pre-designed architectural study to the project documentation including architectural and technical detail. The subject of my bachelor’s thesis, is a lately constructed building of Brno University of Technology Technology Transfer Center in the city of Brno - Kralovo pole, in the street Kolejní within University Campus VUT Pod Palackého vrchem. I tis the study of industrial building and the solutions of the surrounding landscape in terms of supplying and pedestrian access. Technology transfer centre is bi-directional transfer of know-how between scientific research and the commercial sector. It is the mediation of new technologies, knowledge and research results.

Development of materials used in construction

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze thermal properties and prices of the composition of the masonry with selected house in comparison with other types of construction. Theoretical part is dealing with development of certain material used in construction from history to the present and then pricing of construction work in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the family house in Knínice village that fulfils the requirements of the passive house. I describe it in more details from a construction point of view and I compare its composition of the masonry with other compositions, both in terms of heat and in terms of price.
