The goal of this thesis is to analyze selected non-governmental organization in the field of Public Relations. In accordance with the results of performed investigation, the author will try to propose a specific plan of PR activities within creating positive long-term relationships with company's crucial target groups. The thesis itself will be mainly focused on the preferred target group from both, internal and external environment of the organization. Another vital part of the work will include specific proposals on how the organization should be presenting itself publicly, not only in the framework of media, but also through it's promotion. Last but not least, improvement suggestions will be concerned with the form and the content of company's web sites.

The Communication Mix of company NOWACO

The aim of this work is to describe the marketing tools, and specifically describe the communication mix in NOWACO. By working with NOWACO I got a full picture of the company's marketing mix. NOWACO invests tens of millions each year. For example, NOWACO uses television advertising for its ice cream brand, called Prima and Mrož. Company NOWACO often participates in exhibitions and fairs. First of all NOWACO became a major sponsor of the first year Danone nationwide project for 2010/2011. Of course, NOWACO uses other tools of marketing communication such as public relations, sales promotion, and interactive marketing.

Real estate project finance

The theoretical part of this thesis explains the process of real estate project financing, describes its main features, characterizes participants of the process and main forms of project loans. It also depicts the feasibility study as a key source of project bank loan application, describe collection of loan documents, guarantees and hedging agreements and provide an overview of the methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of the project. The analytical part describes a particular project of development of a residential real estate and its project finance funding. Furthermore, the final section analyses the effectiveness of given project and the parameters of provided project bank loan.

Sponsoring as a part of the marketing communication

In the first theoretical part this work is describing sponsoring as a conception, it attends to available definitions and basic informations. Afterwards this part is classifying sponsoring as a part of a marketing communication and describing its possible sorts. In the second half of theoretical part the work is following sponsoring as a tool used in real economic life. Practical part attends to case study in which the sports action International Swimming Championship Mosconi 2008 is analyzed from sponsorship aspect.

Project financing of commercial real estate

The theoretical part of this thesis deals with history and principles of project finance. It defines participants of the process as well. It explains project development and management. The analytical part describes a particular structure of project financing at a project of development of a commercial real estate. It advises of main issues which this type of financing can brings around. Therefore it provides recommendations and motifs for changes in order to achieve higher economical outcomes and to minimize financial risk of investors and creditors. Moreover it mentions necessary project and financial contractual arrangements which are to be concluded in the system of project finance. The conclusion of this thesis reflects stated goals from the introduction and gives key recommendations to investors for the future projects.
