This bachelor's thesis is focused on evaluating the financial situation of the selected company and proposing improvements. Using financial analysis, the TOP PRINT Packaging s.r.o. company is assessed for the period of 2018-2022. The theoretical part contains a description of various methods and indicators, which are subsequently used in combination with data from the company's financial statements in the analytical section. The concluding part addresses proposals for improving the company's weak financial aspects.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of XTline, s.r.o. in the years 2018 to 2022 using financial analysis indicators. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background, which is then applied in the analytical part. The second part deals with a detailed analysis of the current state of the company. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable competitor from the same business sector. The third part is used to make suggestions for improving the financial situation based on the results obtained in the analytical part.

The theoretical part of this conclusion will describe relevant concepts and the application procedures of benchmarking. In the subsequent analytical section, the company will undergo analysis and measurement using the methods described earlier. In the final concluding section, specific proposals for improving the financial performance of the company will be presented, along with minimizing the identified problems.

In the first part, which deals with the theoretical side of the thesis, I define selected methods of financial analysis indicator. In the second practical part, I will focus on the analysis of individual selected methods of financial analysis and compare the resulting values with the recommended values. In the last part of the thesis, I will try to propose measures leading to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

This thesis deals with financial health assessment of selected internationally active company ManPlast, s.r.o. and proposals to improve it. The thesis is divided as follows: In the theoretical part, the basic concepts and formulas from the selected literature are clarified, which are then applied in the analytical part. The analysis part analyses the external and internal environment of the company and evaluates its financial situation. On the basis of the values obtained from the analytical part, the design part then proposes solutions that aim to achieve positive or economically beneficial transformations in order to improve the financial condition of the company.

The results of the study offer practical suggestions for better strategic decision-making within the company.
