Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finančního zdraví vybrané mezinárodně působící společnosti ManPlast, s.r.o. a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena následujícím způsobem: V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy a vzorce z vybrané literatury, které jsou následně aplikovány v analytické části. Analytická část analyzuje vnější a vnitřní prostředí společnosti a hodnotí její finanční situaci. Na základě získaných hodnot z analytické části jsou poté v návrhové části navržena řešení, která se zaměřují na dosažení pozitivních či ekonomicky prospěšných transformací s cílem vylepšit finanční stav společnosti. This thesis deals with financial health assessment of selected internationally active company ManPlast, s.r.o. and proposals to improve it. The thesis is divided as follows: In the theoretical part, the basic concepts and formulas from the selected literature are clarified, which are then applied in the analytical part. The analysis part analyses the external and internal environment of the company and evaluates its financial situation. On the basis of the values obtained from the analytical part, the design part then proposes solutions that aim to achieve positive or economically beneficial transformations in order to improve the financial condition of the company.
