Analysis of the operating characteristics of modern agricultural machinery

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of significant working properties of current agricultural machinery, especially tractors. The work includes classification and description of basic traction parameters (velocity, drawbar pull, power, slip) and specific fuel consumption. In the next, the work includes elaboration of differences between other types of running gear of tractors and describes progressive trends in the design of the most important elements of gearboxes and engines. The bachelor thesis also analyses the effect of mean contact pressures of running gear on soil profile, machinery weight distribution and tractor´s total loading. The practical part includes elaboration of a multi-criteria analysis for agricultural company Zemědělská výroba a obchod Novák s.r.o. Outputs results precisely describe the technical parameters and operating characteristics of selected tractors, thus two types of tractors with different engine power can be recommended the company.

This thesis describes chassis design of combine harvester and its types generally. This thesis is focused on Claas Lexion 750 Terra Trac Helmut combine harvester with crawler chassis. For each selected chassis and systems by global manufacturers of agricultural machinery are described main parts and their possible variants. Thesis includes practical methodical measurements, which provides details for the assessment of the losses, spreading quality, crushing quality, operating parameters, machine performance and fuel consumption. Next the effect of moisture on the losses, quality of spreading and crushing is evaluated. Furthermore, I compare effect of crawler chassis on performance and in the end is a simple analysis of investmend and operating costs and characteristics of the company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate operation and work quality of combine harvester with crawler chassis at harvest of cereals and rapeseed in agricultural production and simple economical evaulation of the machine.
Analysis and design of elevator storage drive in the paint car bodies

The aim of this diploma thesis is making a degradation analysis of guide track for car body elevator and creating a new design of storage drive according to acquired knowledge. In the first part of this thesis is written research dealing with the issue of lifting equipment. Afrer this part follows load calculation with consideration of dynamic effects. Based of this calculation are created four different variants of the new travel lift with the use of various types of rollers (metal and plastic) moving through different types of rails (elevator and square profil). For most appropriate selected variant are created two differend designs of the new travel lift. Design variants are described in detail and check by finite element method, giving rise to the final selection of variants. For the selected variant is produced complete drawings.
Shelf stacker for storing pallets in an automatic store

Target of the submitted work was a proposal of a new type of shelf stackers in the range from 8 to 36 m that are working in fully automated warehouses. By using a fully automated storage system all human supervision in ordering pallets in a warehouse are canceled and everything is taken over by the control system. These stores are very efficient and save both time and money. With regard to safety requirements, regular inspections should be provided to the system. At the beginning of this work, there was done a short introduction to the particular study including the description of basic parts of the shelf stackers. Consequently, there were done relevant computations for the drag device and its drive, drives for the travel and the finite method was used to the stress analysis of the mast shelf stacker. In the last part of this thesis is done a safety concept.

This master's thesis deals with the crab of a traveller crane of 50,000 kg load capacity. The aim of the thesis is a functional calculation of travelling and lifting crab mechanisms and strength frame calculation in compliance with applicable ČSN standards and respective literature concerned with the calculations of cranes and their parts. The attached drawings show the crab, lifting and travelling mechanisms.

Diploma thesis is concerned with the solution of main measurements of the carriage travel which will use for loading and expounding iron scrap. Manipulation with iron scrap will be by electromagnet. Part of calculation includes the computation of travelling apparatus, travelling gearbox and power of electric motor. It also sort out the calculation of the main measurements of lift apparatus, power lift of eletric motor, calculation gearbox and strop. Subseguently deal with calculation of fixity of carriage travel´s framework

The aim of this thesis is to select the main dimensions and calculate the dimensions of individual components using a crane columned design calculation and control of individual components and parameters of the crane columned a test calculation. Traveling Mechanism of Crane Trolley Capacity 32 tons

This bachelor work describes the design of running gear bridge crane trolley with lifting capacity 32 tons. The main objective of this work is the design and calculation of selected components of the running mechanism and parts directly related. The work contains a selection of design solutions, design drive motor with gearbox and brake, couplings, bearings, countershaft and output shaft. The work includes stress analysis of selected components. The work also includes drawing documentation.
