Master’s thesis deals with the analysis of personnel management in selected high-tech company. The theoretical part of thesis describes the basic concepts of personnel management, diverse teams and characteristics of the high-tech sector. In the practical part is analyzed the current state using questionnaires and subsequently proposed recommendations, including their economic evaluation.

The main goal of this thesis is to propose a helpful change in the most critical area of the personal management in company TEMO – TELEKOMUNIKACE, a.s. Thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical part processes theoretical starting points, defines basic terms and characterizes each part of the current concept of human resource management based on professional literature. The analytical part is focused on introducing the company and describes the specific situation in the company. Based on analysis of information resources from company’s official websites, observations, analysis of statistical data, interviews with managers, SWOT analysis and the results of a questionnaire survey the current situation of the company has been evaluated and in the proposal part of the thesis the measures for improvement have been submitted.

Goal of this work is to analyze personnel management in chosen seasonal sports facilities and realize whether employees costs increased or decreased after new labour code 2012 came into force. Theoretical part is about labour code novelisation from 2012 and its changes compared to former labour code. In practical part there is a research from chosen seasonal sports facilities. I tried to get to know if these facilities follow code-given steps how to treat employees and if they do how does it reflect into costs. The output of this work should be some recommendations how to minimize costs which could appear with the new labour code.

Autor této práce použije především dotazník a další výzkumné metody, aby zjistil, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojení se svou prací, a čím jsou motivováni. Cílem této teze bude návrh řešení, které pomůže zdokonalit personální činnosti a procesy ve firmě Karafa s.r.o.
