Apartment rent and the factors that influence it in selected locations in Brno.

This diploma thesis describes the actual market of rental housing in a selected location of Brno. In the begining of the work describes the general view on the rental housing, then it compares the amount of usual rent in particular categories and catastral areas. Next it evaluates which factors have an impact on the amount of rent. The research of the market was made in four categories according to the floor space and disposition. In the conclusion all of the details are compared and described both text and graphic.

Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Garage-type Real Estate in the Locality of Písek and its Surroundings

The introductory part of the thesis deals with the overall issue of valuation, explaining the basic concepts that are necessary for the valuation. Then followed the analysis of market with the real estates and characteristic description of the specified location. For the purposes of the valuation was selected 10 real estates of type garage, which are valued at cost and comparative manner according to the announcement and comparative manner with the database. The real estates were selected around the city Protivin. A local investigation was carried out and the documentation was made for the each garage. The acquired data are evaluated and the result describes the effect of the location on the price of the property.

The influence of local conditions on the price of an apartment in selected localities in the Czech Republic

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the various tasks which are being performed during the standard selling of real estate, the valuation decree and the development of the housing market. In the practical part of the thesis, 297 apartments are valuated according to the Valuation Decree no. 441/2013 Coll., as amended by the decree no. 199/2014 Coll. and the results are defined in form of parameters of the influence of local conditions that contribute the most to the composition of the apartment price. The impact of the location on the price of the apartment is also determined from the offer price. The valuated apartments are situated in locations: City of Prague, Ústí nad Labem and Karlovy Vary.

This diploma thesis describes and compares the actual situation on the rental housing market in selected locations in Brno and Bratislava. The introductory chapters present the theoretical information in the field of rental housing, the historical background of housing policies and the description of the selected locations. The following part contains market research data for each category according to the floor area and disposition. Finally, the gathered information is compared and the influence of factors on the amount of rent is evaluated.

This bachelor thesis deal with the design of the business plan, which will be used for the project implementation in the field of construction. This thesis is based on the elementary knowledge which is then followed by the analysis of the market environment and competition. At the end the entire procedure with economic evaluation is processed for the smooth lunch of the project.

NEW BUILDINGS FOR BROWNFIELDS IN HISTORICAL CENTRAL ZONE OF BUČOVICE CITY

This diploma thesis deals with the urban-architectural study of a new residential location on the place of the former area of the artistic-industrial enterprises in Bučovice. It is a brownfields near the Bučovice castle in the historic central zone of the town. The proposal focuses on the urban-architectural solution of the whole area including the conceptual consideration which responds to the possibilities and limits of the development of the industrial complex with a focus on the new building and architectural neoplasm in the historical surroundings.
