Diplomová práca popisuje a porovnáva súčasnú situáciu na trhu s nájomným bývaním vo vybraných lokalitách v Brne a Bratislave. V úvodných kapitolách predstavuje teoretické informácie z oblasti nájomného bývania, historický vývoj bytovej politiky a popis vybraných lokalít. Ďalej uvádza dáta získané prieskumom trhu v jednotlivých kategóriách podľa podlahovej plochy a dispozície. Na záver údaje porovnáva a vyhodnocuje vplyv faktorov na výšku nájomného. This diploma thesis describes and compares the actual situation on the rental housing market in selected locations in Brno and Bratislava. The introductory chapters present the theoretical information in the field of rental housing, the historical background of housing policies and the description of the selected locations. The following part contains market research data for each category according to the floor area and disposition. Finally, the gathered information is compared and the influence of factors on the amount of rent is evaluated.
