This diploma thesis focuses on the process of creating a financial plan for the company AHLFIT spol. s r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part addressing theoretical foundations for further proceedings, followed by an analytical section where both strategic and financial analyses of the company are conducted, serving as a basis for formulating the financial plan presented in the third part. Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.

This master´s thesis focuses on the design of the Balanced Scorecard model for the real environment of the company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. The thesis contains a theoretical part in which the basic concepts are explained, including the Balanced Scorecard model itself and its individual perspectives. In the analytical part, the company is introduced and financial and strategic analysis is performed. Subsequently, based on the analyses, a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard is made, which includes strategic objectives and benchmarks. This proposal should subsequently lead to an increase in the performance of the company.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This master’s thesis is focuses on the design of a corporate financial plan for a specific company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the introductory part there are the theoretical background necessary for the elaboration of the given topic. Subsequently, the selected company is introduced and a thorough strategic and financial analysis is performed. This is followed by a proposal of a corporate financial plan for the next four years, both in an optimistic and pessimistic variant. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed financial plan is carried out.

The thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.

Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic situation of GRANDE, s.r.o. in the period of 2018-2022. The evaluation of the company is carried out by the means of strategic and financial analysis. The theoretical concepts and methods of analysis are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, the concepts and methods are used for the practical analysis of the enterprise. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving the situation of the enterprise are then evaluated and their benefits are defined.

Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company STRIX Chomutov, a. s. based on a strategic and financial analysis during the years 2017-2022. The first part presents the theoretical basis of economic analysis, which are further applied in the analytical part. The analyzed company and its three selected competing companies are presented in this thesis. The analytical part presents the resulting values of economic indicators and the overall evaluation of the economic situation of the analyzed company. The company´s data are compared with competing companies and the industry average of specialized construction activities. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals that could lead to the improvement of the economic situation of the company. The proposal represents an investment in a drilling center, a comparison of various forms of its financing and the advantageous option.

This thesis is a proposal of the strategy of Fermat CZ, s. r. o. for entering the Canadian market. The company is an engineering company, a professional manufacturer of horizontal boring and milling machines. It is a well-established, stable company operating on the Czech market and on the European, North American and Asian markets. The theoretical part of the thesis uses the latest information available on strategic analysis and conditions of entry into foreign markets. The practical part of the thesis presents the company Fermat CZ, s. r. o. based on the results of strategic and financial analysis. The design part of the thesis is devoted to the company's entry strategy into the Canadian market.

The diploma thesis focuses on assessing the performance of the company SAKO Brno, a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard model. The theoretical background introduces necessary topics in the field of business performance, including approaches to performance measurement. The analytical part of the thesis includes the presentation of the analyzed company and the analysis of the current state of SAKO Brno, a.s. through selected analyses. The final part, based on the findings from the analytical section, deals with proposing the implementation of the BSC model into the company, along with the benefits and analysis of possible risks.

In this master‘s thesis, I deal with the preparation of a draft of financial plan for company agriKomp Bohemia, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis is theoretical part with methods, concept and goals. The second part of the thesis is about introduction and analysis the company. In practical part of the thesis on base of previous parts i will draft the financial plan of the company for the period of 2024 to 2027 in optimistic and pessimistic variants. The last step is assesment of the financial plan.
