Tato diplomová práce je návrhem strategie společnosti Fermat CZ, s. r. o. pro vstup na kanadský trh. Společnost je strojírenskou společností, profesionálním výrobcem horizontálních vyvrtávaček a frézovacích strojů. Jedná se o zavedenou stabilní firmu, která působí na českém trhu a na trzích evropských, severoamerických a asijských. Teoretická část práce využívá nejnovějších dostupné informace věnované strategické analýze a podmínkám vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Praktická část práce představuje společnost Fermat CZ, s. r. o. na základě výsledků strategické a finanční analýzy. Návrhová část diplomové práce je věnovaná strategii vstupu společnosti na kanadský trh. This thesis is a proposal of the strategy of Fermat CZ, s. r. o. for entering the Canadian market. The company is an engineering company, a professional manufacturer of horizontal boring and milling machines. It is a well-established, stable company operating on the Czech market and on the European, North American and Asian markets. The theoretical part of the thesis uses the latest information available on strategic analysis and conditions of entry into foreign markets. The practical part of the thesis presents the company Fermat CZ, s. r. o. based on the results of strategic and financial analysis. The design part of the thesis is devoted to the company's entry strategy into the Canadian market.
