Automated System of Coffee Machine and Feeder
Bětík, Aleš ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a system consisting of a coffee machine, a feeder, a coffee machine process unit and an HMI. The system has the task of making coffee and delivering it to the consumer. The entire activity takes place automatically without human intervention. Just create an order for any time and the system will take care of the rest. There are up to 6 types of coffee to choose from. Orders can be created directly on the HMI user panel or using Google Calendar services. This service allows you to create orders via the Internet. The work includes the theoretical design of the system according to the ISA88 and PackML standards. |The HMI software solution is implemented using the Python programming language. The work also includes the creation of a system simulation in the Siemens NX environment.
Virtual commissioning of the production system
Zaťko, Tomáš ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (advisor)
This thesis contains a research overview of the current market situation, both in terms of different 3D printer designs and the production systems used for mass production of plastic products, a general discussion of virtual commissioning including available software enabling virtual commissioning. The thesis offers several conceptual designs with their evaluation together with the elaboration of the selected design. The virtual commissioning project includes the creation of a CAD model, together with a mechatronic part, including the creation of the linkages and the real model. Another part of the project is the development of a PLC program to control the virtual model.
Implementation of storage entity in S7-1200
Holba, Jan ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Husák, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with implementation of storage entity for small-volume liquid storage unit. It modifies current construction of existing storage unit and its method of liquid dosage, addressing numerous issues and ensuring greater unit reliability. Furthermore, it provides a characterization of the fundamental principles of Industry 4.0, the Self-Acting Barman testbed concept, and the ANSI/ISA-S88 standard. Both the storage unit and its control logic are based on this standard. Creation of a complex digital twin and its virtual commissioning in the MCD application of the Siemens NX program is described. Complete electrical schematics of the unit's wiring and as well as an operational manual for unit’s touch panel are also provided.
Greenhouse manipulator
Sukdolák, Martin ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the automation of the process in the greenhouse using a SCARA manipulator in order to make the work in the greenhouse more efficient and to reduce water consumption. The thesis discusses the design of this system and the manufacturing of the SCARA manipulator for this system.
Electronic chess
Kočka, Matúš ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Baštán, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on function of capacitive sensors on a printed circuit board and a series of measurements from which it was possible to create a subsequent sensors for the chess board. It also deals with the CoreXY technique, according to which a design of a motion mechanism is made in the Siemens NX program, and its subsequent implementation. The device includes a microcontroller for which software is created to process data from sensors and control stepper motors.
Ice cube feeder
Mařas, M. ; Sýkora, T.
This article deals with the description of the proposal and implementation of autonomous cell called Ice cube feeder. The following lines contain the description of autonomous cell in terms of design, electrical and programming. The concept represents the ideas of Industry 4.0 and the entire production process follows the ISA-S88 standard, which describes the batch control process.
Pallet conveyor retrofit
Thér, Tomáš ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis designes new hardware and software designated for retrofit of a pallet conveyor for the purpose of improvement of it's functionability and safety. The work consists of a theoretical describtion of new and already used electrical components, their utilization and creation of the technical documentation. The next part deals with the design of the control software and visualization of the HMI panel. A virtual model of the conveyor was created to test the functionability of the program before it was tested on the real conveyor. The last part consist of funcional safety's theory and its evaluation.
Autonomous liquid storage with cooling system
Boch, Jan ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Husák, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an autonomous liquid storage cell with a cooling system. The cell is part of a larger project called the Self-Acting Barman. The cell follows the basic principles of Industry 4.0 and is also an example of a batch process according to the ANSI / ISA-S88 standard. At the beginning, the theoretical part describes important ideas and principles related to this project. The next chapter then discusses the construction design of the cell and its physical implementation. Parts were modeled in the Siemens NX program and subsequently these parts were created using 3D printing technology. In the next chapter the individual instrumentation used in the cell is described. In the last two chapters, the electrical connection of the whole cell and the software of the cell are then discussed. The cell wiring diagram is created in the E-Plan program and the cell software was created in the Siemens TIA Portal program.
Design and virtual simulation of single-purpose machine
Zlámalík, Jan ; Husák, Michal (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis aim is to design a construction of single-purpose machine that will serve as a coffee machine operator. The theoretical part describes the concept of the machine design and its functions. Then the individual components are selected based on the specified requirements. The practical part describes the machine design and simulation in Siemens NX software with Mechatronics Concept Designer package. A software solution for the ESP32 microcontroller is then developed for the real machine. This software solution is ready to be controlled from a hierarchical higher-level system. The function of the machine is tested using a test application developed for this purpose.
Finite elements method in Siemens NX exploitation in machine parts design
Smítka, Ladislav ; Dajbych, Oldřich (advisor) ; Herák, David (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to perform strength and deformation analysis of chosen part by using of finite elements method in Siemens NX and to compare the results with calculation made by classical methods. In the chapter Material and methods there is briefly described history and development of finite elements method in the computer programs. Also there is described basic mathematical principle of the finite elements method considering preconditions of mathematic theory of flexibility and strength. In the chapter Chosen computer equipment there was shortly described history and development of program and at the same time there were stated examples of use of the software. The chapter Researched mechanism was concentrated on swings trends. In the chapter Modelling and calculation by FEM there is described procedure of set´s modelling and following procedure of performance of the strength analyse by FEM. The last chapter Calculation of chosen part by classical methods there was performed calculation by method of differential equationof deflection line. Thesis is finished by the results and discussion about the issues.
