The bachelor's thesis is focused on researching the financial situation of the company, finding weaknesses and measures to improve the financial situation. The performance of the business will be measured using financial analysis. The first chapter will examine the theoretical aspects of financial analysis, which will be applied in the second chapter. In the second chapter, after performing the calculations, weak points in the company will be identified. The third chapter describes the company's strengths and weaknesses using a SWOT analysis. After determining the direction of the company's growth, measures are proposed and calculations are made.

The theoretical part is focused on defining concepts, methods and indicators of financial analysis. The analytical part presents a specific company and then a financial analysis is performed based on the information from the theoretical part. In the final part, proposals for improving the overall situation of the selected company are presented.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the economic and financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Laskala guesthouse operated by DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. and subsequent proposals for improving the situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first theoretical part of this thesis contains the literature research necessary for the second analytical part. In the analytical part, the financial statements of the company for the period 2018-2022 are analysed using financial analysis. The last propositional part is focused on the elaboration of proposals that will help DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. to improve the financial situation of the Laskala guesthouse.

The first part focuses on the theoretical starting points needed to process the analysis of the company, defines the selected methods and tools for a comprehensive evaluation of the company. The second part of the work then deals with the analysis of the company and the overall assessment of its financial health. Based on the results found, individual solutions leading to the improvement of the company's financial situation are proposed. These proposals are part of the third part of this work.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the company Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. for the period 2018-2022 and subsequent proposals for improving its financial situation. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first one is devoted to the objectives and methodology in its preparation. This is followed by the theoretical part, which is aimed at explaining the important tools, indicators and procedures of financial and strategic analysis. In the third part, the selected company is first introduced and then an analysis of its current state is carried out, which is the basis for the fourth and final part. The latter includes the actual proposals of measures and solutions that should improve the financial performance of the enterprise.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The master‘s thesis evaluates the performance of an engineering company engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, analyzes the current situation between 2018 and 2022 and proposes the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard model. The thesis is divided into 3 parts, the first explains the goal of the work in details and the methods for its processing. The second part presents the theoretical side of the thesis, such as the explanation of the individual models of financial performance assessment, primarily the Balanced Scorecard model and its individual perspectives, including selected indicators of financial analysis needed for them. This knowledge is then practically used in the next part, which uses not only the financial statements of the company and the indicators gradually calculated from them, but mainly the individual perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard model, the set strategic goals of these perspectives and strategic actions leading to the fulfillment of the set values. Last but not least, the work is concluded with a summary evaluation of the proposal to introduce the Balanced Scorecard model into the company, together with possible benefits and risks of introduction, including their analysis and measures.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic situation of GRANDE, s.r.o. in the period of 2018-2022. The evaluation of the company is carried out by the means of strategic and financial analysis. The theoretical concepts and methods of analysis are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, the concepts and methods are used for the practical analysis of the enterprise. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving the situation of the enterprise are then evaluated and their benefits are defined.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of evaluating the financial situation of Brand Promotion CZ s.r.o. and suggestions for improving this situation. I worked with the company's financial statements from 2018 to 2022. Structurally, this work consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part for a specific company. The theoretical part contains basic terms and indicators for financial analysis. Next, in the practical part, I calculate the given indicators and evaluate the subsequent results. In the last part of this work, I make my own proposals for improving the financial situation in the company.

In the introduction, the theoretical background and individual indicators used in financial analysis are described. In the next section, the described indicators and methods are applied to Skromet s.r.o. and a SWOT analysis is performed, in which the obtained results are summarized. The last part of the thesis is devoted to suggestions for improving the performance of the company.
