Analysis of process for production of small plates
Talanda, Jiří ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Koška, Petr (advisor)
Theme of the Master’s thesis is analysis of process for production of small plates. Main parts of the thesis are analysis of the production process, process mapping, data capture, analysis of the data by Pareto analysis and find causes of nonconformities. Causes analysis is based on data analysis and process observation. It is divided to chapters by factors which are influencing the process. Optimization measures are designed with regard to their simplicity of realization and system in organization.
Proposal to Reduce the Non-conformance Rate in the Manufacturing Process
Hamr, Zdeněk ; Lapeš, Ondřej (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with a proposal to reduce the non-conformance rate in the manufacturing process. It contains three process optimization proposals to minimize scrap. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical dealing with theoretical concepts. The second part contains a global and detailed analysis of production with identification of the main problems. The third part includes a design solution based on the analytical part.
Use of Pareto analysis for production data processing
Ručka, Petr ; Ošmera, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the realization of Pareto analysis in the system COMES Modeller. The first part describes the Pareto analysis and Lorenz curve, together with instructions, how to properly apply the Pareto analysis on data obtained from the manufacturing process. Furthermore, they are also mentioned other methods, which have applications in industry. Pareto analysis is then compared with them. The second part of this thesis focused on the system COMES and design implementation and realization Pareto chart in this system.
Statistical Analysis of a Company Financial Risk Factors
Raclavský, Lukáš ; Sadovský, Zdeněk (referee) ; Karpíšek, Zdeněk (advisor)
The master´s thesis contains a statistical analysis of a company financial risk. Within this analysis were determined the dominant economic and financial risk factors of a company and was made a description of selected inferential statistical methods adequate assessment of the state and time development of these indicators. On a PC was applied methodics developed for concrete data files with focusing on description of the expected risk development existence of a company. In conclusion were achievements evaluated and were determined another possible directions of solving similar problems.
Proposal for an Improvement of the Purchase Process in Quality Management System according to ČSN ISO 9001:2008
Záleská, Monika ; Pokorný, Václav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This Master's thesis is focused on the purchase of XYZ Company, Ltd. The first section provides theoretical knowledge necessary to understand the issue, in the second part is analysis of business processes performed. Based on the observed conditions were evaluated insufficient process – supplier evaluation. That is why a new complete procedure for the evaluation of the suppliers was suggested
Monitoring of test station downtime
Šebesta, David ; Dzurenda, Petr (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis is about the monitoring of testing station downtimes at the DS/ETC (Diesel Systems / Engineering Testing Center) Bosh Diesel s.r.o. department in Jihlava. The goal of the monitoring is to get a record and an immediate warning for each machine downtime. The testing engineers are able to edit downtime reports and to create statistics and the Pareto analysis based on the reports. In the beginning of the thesis there are generally described the ETC department and the SCADA system. The monitoring system is designed and implemented based on the requirements of the ETC department. SMS messages sent via a GSM module what is connected directly to the server are used for immediate downtime warning. The test engineers have the graphic user interface what they can use to edit downtime reports. Statistics are generated individually based on the adjustable data filter. The department can focus primary on the finding out the reasons of the downtimes what leads to the biggest reduction of the test machine downtimes.
Introduction to Six Sigma Method and its Application for Process Improvements
Šimek, Petr ; Kutálek, David (referee) ; Bednář, Josef (advisor)
In this thesis I dealt with the Six Sigma method and uses in practice in Miele technica s.r.o. company. The first part deals with the theoretical description of Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology and used tools as SIPOC, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram, or regression or correlation. The second part describes the application of Six Sigma methods, which I had the opportunity to perform as a team leader in the assembly process of washing machines and dryers.
Design of a Project Planning and Management in the Software Company
Čtvrtlík, Miroslav ; Vávra, Jan (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis is focused on analysis and optimization of processes in a company realizing software projects. Its aim is to find deficiencies in the process of realization of an individual customer requirement and to design improvements. According to the analysis of the process of requirement realization, the deficiencies were analysed from which the most important were selected and used for designing optimization of this process.
Internal Business Processes Mapping and Efficiency Improvement Recommendations at Grow3
Measuring centre process optimization
Benda, Ondřej ; Hanžlík, Pavel (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
This master's thesis is engaged in optimisation processes of PUQ (as for Purchasing Quality) department, Robert Bosch České Budějovice. This department is responsible for input control of parts for manufacture as well as check of new parts including their documentation and documentation updates. By optimisation we understand selection of the best variant from group of possibilities.
