The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.

The content of this bachelot thesis is the design of a new family house in village Kašnice. The new building has 1 above-ground floor and a partial basement. The construction is based on strip foundation. The vertical supporting structures in the patrial basement are designed from concrete formwork and the rest of vertical supporting are designed from ceramic masonry. The floor is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is warm flat with vegetation layer.

The subject of the bachelor work is a new building of family house in the village called Pozďatín on the land parcel number 155 in the district of Třebíč. The family house is situated on a gentle sloping ground. The family house is projected as a two-floor building. Under the object there is partly made a cellar. The size of ground plan are 13,5 m x 10,25 m. The top of the family house is located in 7,75 m height above the first floor. The house is constructed on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the house is combination of concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic blocks in the first floor. Ceiling are projected from the system called Porotherm. A stairway is a contruction of three-legs and a material of the stairway are iron and concrete with wooden step stairs. A gabled roof is consisted of wooden roof frame and the roof is composed of burnt roof covering.
Newly-Built Detached House in Oslavice

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a new building for a family house in Oslavice and a processing of a project documentation for the realization of the building. The building is designed for purposes of family living and it is situated on the periphery in the east part of the village Oslavice. This part of the village is sparsely developed with family houses. The architectonical solution is designed with consideration of the building location and character of the surrounding housing development. The family house is designed as a one-family detached house intended for four- or five-member family. It is situated in a sloping terrain and it is designed as a partially basement. The designed building has two storeys above ground and a basement. On the first storey above ground there is a daily social zone, on the second storey above ground there is a quiet zone and in the basement there is a technical facility of the building. A part of the family house is a garage for deposition of one personal car. A part of the basement is placed ahead of the front entrance into the building and it is visually separated by using of wood exterior panelling. Roofing of the family house is solved by hipped truss roof and above the garage there is designed flat roof by which it is created a terrace accessible from the second storey above ground.
Detached family house, Zámrsky

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the village of Zámrsky. It is a two-floor house without a basement with garage, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with clay brick Porotherm, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. Floor structure is made of clay system Porotherm. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 20° and gabled dormers on the north and south side. Garage is covered with a mono-pitched roof with a slope of 12 °.

Larger rectangle consists of a living area, smaller rectangle consists of a garage. Above the living area is a gabled roof. The space above the garage is designed as a terrace. The building is bricked up ceramic bricks, brand Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain towards the north. Detached house with an establishment is designed for 4-5 member family of one floor, a garret and a basement, where the establishment is located. The building is based on the strip foundations. The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.
