The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis is a design of documentation for construction of the object of family house, which is situated on a hillside, in the village caled Jalovec. This is a doubledeck object with a garage located in the basement, which is designed as a columnar structural system. The project is devised in order to fit in to the neighborhood. The documentation is prepared in accordance with current Czech legislative a standards. The thesis is devided to graphical part and text part.

This work deals with the design of newly-built single-family house, which is located on the antly sloping terrain in the cadastral area of the town of Polička 725358, estate number 6611/13. It is a two-floors house, which is designed for a family of four. The house has square plan with garage and flat roof. In the first residential floor is placed vestibule, passageway, utility room, toilet, bathroom, locker room, living room with kitchen and closet. The second floor is relaxational part of building, it is consisted from passageway, two child´s rooms with own locker rooms, bedroom with own bathroom, toilet and bath room. vertical constructions are constituted from shuTtering KM Beta system with contact thermal insulation.

The thesis deals with design documentation of detached house with a double garage in Sturovo. The house is designed for four-member family. The house is designed as two-storay building, without basement and with sloping roof. The house is situated on slightly sloping terrain. The garage is designed with a flat roof. External walls are made of masonry structure of brick blocks with integrated mineral wool. Construction of interior walls and cielings are made of the Porotherm system. Part of the design documentation is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment. Part of thesis is environmental assessment of designed newly-build detached house.

This bachelor thesis is about a two-storey detached house with no basement and the living roof which is covered with vegetation. The house includes two wooden terraces. The entrance terrace is located in front of the main entrance of the house and the second terrace for relaxing has access from the living room with the kitchen unit. This terrace is also the entrance to the garden. The main building material of this house is Ecocon wall paneling which is combination of wooden frame and straw filling. The garage is self-standing and one-storey object with no basement.It's also roofed with the living roof.
