Práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby rodinného domu, který se nachází na mírně svažitém terénu v katastrálním území města Polička 725358, parcelní číslo 6611/13. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní nepodsklepený objekt, který je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt je čtvercového půdorysu s přilehlou garáží a plochou střechou. V prvním obytném nadzemním podlaží se nachází zádveří, chodba, technická místnost, WC, koupelna, šatna, obývací pokoj s kuchyní a komora. Druhé nadzemní podlaží tvoří klidovou část rodinného domu, nachází se zde spojovací chodba, dva dětské pokoje s vlastními šatnami, ložnice s vlastní koupelnou, WC a koupelna. Svislé konstrukce jsou tvořeny ze systému KM Beta s kontaktním zateplením. This work deals with the design of newly-built single-family house, which is located on the antly sloping terrain in the cadastral area of the town of Polička 725358, estate number 6611/13. It is a two-floors house, which is designed for a family of four. The house has square plan with garage and flat roof. In the first residential floor is placed vestibule, passageway, utility room, toilet, bathroom, locker room, living room with kitchen and closet. The second floor is relaxational part of building, it is consisted from passageway, two child´s rooms with own locker rooms, bedroom with own bathroom, toilet and bath room. vertical constructions are constituted from shuTtering KM Beta system with contact thermal insulation.
