The analytical part of the thesis deals with the research of the current market situation. In the design part, a business plan is drafted and recommendations are made regarding the optimal legal form of business.

In this master‘s thesis, I deal with the preparation of a draft of financial plan for company agriKomp Bohemia, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis is theoretical part with methods, concept and goals. The second part of the thesis is about introduction and analysis the company. In practical part of the thesis on base of previous parts i will draft the financial plan of the company for the period of 2024 to 2027 in optimistic and pessimistic variants. The last step is assesment of the financial plan.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of a company processing metal and other waste. The plan was developed for the period 2024-2026, in two variants. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, the first one represents the theoretical starting point. The second chapter includes an introduction to the company and a strategic and financial analysis, followed by the third part, in which the procedures for drawing up a financial plan are presented, followed by a complete financial plan in the scope of financial statements.

In the first part, the theoretical background related to the issue is described. The thesis concludes with an estimate of the value of the company as of 31 December 2022.

This thesis deals with the impacts into financial situation from the planned investment of the company with the representative name Teplárna XY. The subject of this investment is a battery system for accumulating electrical energy. The aim was to make a financial plan for the next four years based on the findings, which cames from strategic analysis and financial analysis. This findings was processed from financial statements for the last five years. The financial plan also considers the additional revenues from charging the battery at times of negative prices, which represents new potential revenues for future, similar projects.

In the analytical section, a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial health, market position, and business environment is conducted using PESTE analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, McKinsey's 7S framework, and SWOT analysis. The proposal section focuses on developing a financial plan that ultimately results in the company's bankruptcy. Consequently, two additional scenarios are developed. The first scenario aims to increase sales and maintain the strategic intent, while the second explores the implications of preserving Profimobil's existing concept.
