The house with the day care

My diploma thesis occupies with project documentation for building of house with the day care, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area on the periphery of town. My diploma thesis evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.
Residential complex Brno Holasky, V Aleji locality

The aim of urban concept is cadastral area of Brno – Holásky. This area is designated area for development in spatial plan for the city of Brno. Area is designated for housing, social care and education. The area has size of 42ha and it is defined by the railway in the east. From the south hit is V Aleji and U potoka street. The border continues along road towards shopping mall Olympia. The west border is consists by Holásky lakes. In the north the border goes through structure between V Aleji street and Ledárenská street. The area is relatively attractive mainly due the close connection nature sight Holásky lakes. Also interesting is location within the city of Brno. Altough the area is located outside the larger city center, there is a good accessibility to the center. The new residential housing area provides space for approximately 1400 inhabitants. The structure and vertical articulation is based on response of the surrounding buildings. The V Aleji street defines an axis that helps to create new space for central square. Another axis it the road from the V Aleji street towards Holasky lakes. This is major line connecting residential area and the surrounding with the area of lakes. This street also devide the area into two parts. Right part, northern, consisting with coherent block with dimension of 200x300 metres. Outside part of the block consists of blocks of flats. The inner part is filled with family houses and public space belonging to blocks of flats. Part of the block is also elderly house. The left, southern, part concludes the L shape block of current housing. Again the edge of block is formed by blocks of flats and family houses in inner part. At the end of the axis heading to Holasky lakes is kindergarten in direct relation to natural park. Next to the Holásky lakes there will be space for sports and recreation. Will include beach volley, football and wooden pier on lake. In this part also will starts cycling path to the city center. Stationar
House with day care, Jiráskova, Rychnov nad Kněžnou

Diploma thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The building has three floors with partial basement. There are nursing spaces, dining room with kitchen, chemist´s shop, surgery, hairdresser´s, pedicure and massage on the first floor. The second floor is used for accomodation, nursing services and there is terrace. The third floor is used for accomodation and social activities. The technical facilities, storage spaces and bicycle rooms are in basement. The structural masonry system is with Ytong blocks. The building has warm flat roof.
Nursing Home

This diploma thesis deals with design of nursing home on plot in Říčky, Brno–country district. The house is without cellar and has two parts - apartment building and public building. Public building has two floors; apartment building has three floors. The vertical load-bearing structure consists mainly of Porotherm ceramic system, horizontal load-bearing structure consists of Spiroll panels. Both buildings are roofed with a gable roof.
Day care house

Subject of this thesis is creation and processing of a design documentation of new day care house in the city of Brno - Komin in place of the existing garages. Part of this thesis contains study of a associate four-storey apartment building. Nursing home is three storeys tall with partial basement-garage. There are 34 small-area functional units of housing for seniors, general practitioners, cafe, hair salon and other facilities providing care to seniors. Residential rooms are oriented to the south and west. layout of the design is based on experience with existing nursing homes and other social care centers. The vertical structure is made of reinforced concrete or brick. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete. The roof is flat. The project was processed using a computer program ArchiCAD.
Nursing House in Těmice, Preparation for Building Realisation

The subject of this thesis is a preparation of documentation for the construction of the nursing home in Těmice. The work contains budget, schedule, financial plan, construction technological project, technological regulation for trussing construction, inspection and test plan, material resources plan, construction machinery and a safety plan.
Nursing home, Zlín

The subject of the thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a nursing home in Zlín for clients who are unable to take care of themselves and need full day care. The nursing home is designed to stand alone in sloping terrain. The slope is used and the entrance to the first above-ground level is at the level of the modified terrain from Broučkova street and the entrance to the basement is also from the modified terrain. The building is designed with one underground floor and five upper floors. The circumferential and internal supporting masonry is designed from ceramic cut cinder blocks on the upper floors. Lost shuttering is used on the perimeter and vertical support structures, in the basement. Elevator shafts, ceiling structures and staircases are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The roof is an extensive green roof. The object is based on reinforced concrete strips. The object is insulated with the ETICS.
Nursing home

The content of this diploma thesis is the design of a new boarding nursing home in Dolany. building with two floors and a residential attic. The main entrance to the building is located on the north side. On the first floor there is a spacious common room, two apartments (one belonging to the administrator of the building), technical room, room for maintenance and cleaning, storage, toilets, areas for nursing services and cellars. The second and third floors are accessible by internal stairs and elevators. Both floors have the same accessibility. In each of them there are a total of 7 apartments. the vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic masonry with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof structure consists of a gable roof with ceramic roofing. The project documentation was prepared in accordance with valid legal and technical regulations.
Retirement home

It handles about a „Retirement home“ named project (3 floors, with a partial basement, building on a slight slope). The base structure is of reinforced concrete strips. The walls of the basement are made with the application of hidden formwork type system BEST. The bearing and non-bearing walls are of majority used silicate bricks. The staircase structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete 2x brokem slab. For ceilings slab panels, are used Spiroll. The building is finished with a single layered flat roof.
Care home, Veseli nad Moravou

The master thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Veselí nad Moravou. The building has three floors and basement. There are nursing spaces, dining area and rooms for people with reduced mobility on the first floor. The second and third floor is used for accomodation and social activities. The technical facilities and storage spaces for flat users are in basement. The construction system consists of masonry system with ceramic bricks porotherm. The roof design is gabled and there is also a flat roof up on the part of building with access for flat users.
