Diplomová práce řeší návrh domu s pečovatelskou službou na pozemku v Říčkách, okres Brno - venkov. Dům je nepodsklepený, rozdělený na dvě části - objekt pro bydlení a objekt pro veřejnost. Objekt pro veřejnost má dvě nadzemní podlaží, objekt pro bydlení má tři nadzemní podlaží. Nosné svislé konstrukce tvoří převážně keramický systém Porotherm, nosné vodorovné konstrukce jsou z panelů Spiroll. Oba objekty jsou zastřešeny sedlovou střechou. This diploma thesis deals with design of nursing home on plot in Říčky, Brno–country district. The house is without cellar and has two parts - apartment building and public building. Public building has two floors; apartment building has three floors. The vertical load-bearing structure consists mainly of Porotherm ceramic system, horizontal load-bearing structure consists of Spiroll panels. Both buildings are roofed with a gable roof.
