The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the financial situation of NC Line a.s. for the monitored period 2017-2021. In the theoretical part, individual indicators of financial analysis are described, which are subsequently applied to real data from the company's financial statements in the analytical part of the thesis. The draft part of the work contains an evaluation of the results from the analytical part and proposals for measures that lead to the improvement of the company's financial situation.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Heineken Czech Republic, a.s. for the years 2015 - 2019. In the first part of the work are given theoretical background works, which are then applied in the second part, where the theoretical knowledge is applied to a selected real company. Furthermore, individual indicators of financial analysis are calculated and evaluated. In the final part of the bachelor's thesis, I focus on specific proposals that could improve the financial situation of the company in the future.

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of the financial situation of the company Mironet.cz a.s. and proposals for its improvement in the period 2015-2019. The structure of this work is divided into three main parts. The first part is the theoretical one, which contains terms definitions from the financial analysis. The second one, analytical part, where the methods of financial indicators are used directly, the subsequent assessment of the financial situation of the given company and commenting of the individual values. The final third part focuses on proposals of the financial situation improvement.

Zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti ŽĎAS, a.s.

The aim of the thesis is based on the results of the financial analysis to evaluate economic situation of ŽĎAS, a.s. and provide suggestions of measures to improve actual situation of company. The financial analysis is created to based on the fi-nancial reports and evaluated in 2009-2015. In the first theoretical part are defined the notions and methods of financial analysis. In the second practical part are these methods applied on concrete company. There are horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, differential ratios, aggregate ratios and credibility and bankruptcy models. In conclusion are recapitulated results of financial analysis. On the based these results are includes suggestions for improve the overall situation in company.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the construction com-pany IMOS Brno, a. s. using financial analysis and suggest measures to help elimi-nate identified weaknesses and stabilize the development of financial indicators. The financial analysis is accomplished using annual reports from 2013 to 2017. The bachelor thesis is divided in two sections. The theoretical part describes the steps from which the financial analysis consists and in the second, practical part is the financial analysis performed. The results are compared to the average values in the industry, because this comparison can reveal the problematic areas. These areas are described in the discussion with suggest measures, which can deal with these difficulties and positively influence future development.

Evaluation of the Economic Situation of the Selected Private Corporation and Proposals to its Improvement

This diploma thesis mainly focuses on the assessment/evaluation of external and internal surroundings/environment of a specific company between years 2012 and 2016. The first part of these defines theoretical constructs that are then applied in the practical part of the thesis. The external environment was analyzed using PESTLE analysis method and the Porter's Five Forces model. The financial analysis from 2012-2016 was used for the analysis of the internal surroundings. Based on the overall assessment/evaluation of the company surroundings/environment the author applies SWOT analysis and proposes several steps for the improvement.

Assessment of the financial situation of the company using bonitous and bankruptcy models

The main aim of this thesis is to determine the informative ability of selected bonitous and bankruptcy models. The analysis is focused on the application of bonitous and bankruptcy models together with the ratio indicators to company TBG Klatovy, s.r.o. The first part is focused on the application of bonitous and bankruptcy models. The second part shows the use of ratio indicators. In the third part, the results of individual methods are compared and the informative ability of bonitous and bankruptcy models is appreciated. The application part is based on the previous part of the thesis, which summarizes the theoretical knowledge.

Financial analysis of German and Italian Football League Clubs and their comparison

Title: Financial analysis of German and Italian Football League Clubs and their comparison Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out the financial situation of chosen football clubs playing German and Italian League and compare them. Methods: In this thesis was used a method of analysis of financial document for getting the required data. At these data was applied creditworthy and bankruptcy models as one of financial analysis methods. Because of the possibility of comparison, the data were monitored in four consecutive years. Results: Application of bankruptcy and creditworthy models has brought many new results for selected German and Italian football clubs. Most of them would have to leave the current competitive business environment. But the environment of sport industry is very specific and clubs despite the unhealthy economy kept alive. The only exception is the economic situation of Bayern Munich. Not only excels in sports results, but also in this analysis, it is the only club where we can talk about "financial health".
