The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a flat land in village Klimkovice. Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for execution of an apartment building in Pacov, located in the Vysočina Region. It is a non-cellar building with three above-ground floors. and main entrance to building. There are five residential units and common areas for the residents in the house. The vetrical loadbearing structures are made of concrete blocks with contact thermal insulation. The horizontal structures loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolitic concrete slab. The roof consist of a flat roof with a pea gravel. Windows and door will be aluminium profile. The building has gas heating. There are thirteen parking places on the property.
Extension of the building on Husova Street in Slavkov u Brna

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the assessment of the existing building of a family house and the design of a complete reconstruction, abovestructure and extention and its change to a multifunctional building. The solved building is located in a terraced house on Husova Street in the center of Slavkov u Brna. The building is divided into 3 functional parts, namely the rebuilt and upgraded part of the building, the demolished part of the existing extension and the newly designed part of the extension. The entrance to the building is secured by an underpass to an enclosed courtyard with additional parking spaces. The new condition has two floors, a residential attic and a partial basement. There is a hairdressing salon on the first floor of the converted part of the building. In other parts of the upper floors there are four residential units. In the basement there are warehouses, cellars, hygiene, utility room and relaxation room with sauna and shower. In the rebuilt part, the original load-bearing system made of mixed masonry and wooden beam ceilings was preserved. In the built-up part, a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling and ceramic fittings are proposed. The supporting system of roofing with a mansard roof is made of a wooden truss and steel central beam. Concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic fittings for the above-ground floor are connected for the load-bearing structures of the extension. The rigidity of the structure is ensured by reinforced concrete monolithic wreaths, ceilings. The roofing of the ports is solved by a single-skin roof over the stairs and a double-skin countertop roof over the housing units. Thermal insulation of peripheral structures is the subject of the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The facade on the south side facing Husova Street will be renovated to its original condition.

This thesis focuses on the analysis and correlation of demographic statistics with the real estate market development. It is based on statistical samples of real estate prices in Brno-city and Brno-country and dependency analysis of demographic indicators of development in these regions. I compare less profitable properties with more profitable and looking for dependency rates. Based on the information, I propose the most appropriate investment strategy.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of residental building in the village Moravský Písek. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. On the first floor there is a technical background and common areas. 2nd to 4th floor is used for housing and there are nine residential units in total. The house is build from brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
Evaluation of the investment plan

The aim of the thesis is to focus on investment opportunities in the real estate sector. The theoretical part addresses and specifies basic concepts related to the real estate market, the development of real estate prices, and the investment process itself. The practical part analyzes the efficiency of investments in apartments in specific locations before and after reconstruction. The research is supplemented by a questionnaire exploring preferences for renting an apartment and selecting a suitable location. Another section of the thesis examines the decision-making process between buying an unreconstructed apartment and choosing an already renovated one. The final part focuses on the analysis of income and expenses, financing options, and the identification of the most advantageous variant of an investment property for potential investment opportunities.
The impact of the revitalization of residential buildings at their common price

This thesis deals with the revitalization of residential buildings at their usual price. It deals with the influence of the investment needed to revitalize and its sub-sequent evaluation of the usual price. The work begins with a gradual explanation of terms needed to introduce the issue of valuation of real property. The thesis contains a proposed revitalization of a residential building in the center of Prague. The thesis is an itemized budget for the proposed revitalization. Analysis of the market for the valuation of residential unit is specified professional estimates, which are attached to this work. Calculation of the normal price with the influence of the recommended investment and its subsequent evaluation is indicated at the end of this work.
