This diploma thesis is focused on strategic analysis of Simba Toys CZ Ltd. It is devided into three parts. The first part describes theoretical background of the study, external and internal methods of the analysis. The second part includes practical application of the strategic analysis to particular conditions of the company. In the last charter, the situation of the company in the market is evaluated and recommendations for the future of the company are specified.

This dissertation is focused on process of a strategic analysis of a company, including analysis of an internal and an external environment. Its aim is to work out the strategic analysis of Secar Bohemia, a.s., to evaluate company's current situation of its market and to indentify all factors which could affect its development in future. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part which contains theoretical basis (PEST analysis, 4C analysis, Porter's model, Checkup of the internal resources) and a practical part which apply that theoretical knowledge in Secar Bohemia,a.s. The output of the dissertation is to suggest the strategy and recommendations for futher development of that company.

First part of my work deals with strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis and describes individual analysis. The practical part begins with the company presentation. In the practical part were used analysis such as PEST analysis, "4C" analysis , Porter's 5F model, analysis of enterprise resources or financial analysis. At the end of my work are shown conclusions and recommendations for company.

I stress out the trends in society and the precise survey of direct competitive surrounding in external analysis. I focus on the key factors that indicate conditions in the company and the quality of offered services. According to realized outcomes, I identify present company strategies, suggest the possible changes and evaluate the attainability of company's goals.

At he end of the thesis there are written recommendations for company and strategy.

The aim of my thesis is to analyse selected enerprise, which is agricultural co-operative in Dolní Cerekev by using specific methods. Implement external analysis and analysis of internal sources, introduce the market in which the firm operates and analyse situation in this market. On account of gained information propose concrete suggestions to firm's management, which should lead to next development of this firm.
