This Bachelor's thesis evaluates the financial situation of a chosen business corporation on the basis of financial statements. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical approaches to financial analysis and methods which were used. The actual financial analysis of the company Čegan, s. r. o. from the years 2010 to 2014 creates the second, analytic part of the thesis. Based on the information collected, suggestions for the improvement of the current financial situation are offered.

In my final bachelor thesis I deal with evaluation of economic situation in company ES systems produkt s.r.o. between years 2010-2014 and proposals to its improving. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. The first is theoretical part, where are explained instruments of financial analysis, which are used in the next part. The next part is analysis of conterporary condition of company. The last part is focused on results of the analysis and their improving.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company Nestlé Česko, s.r.o. during the four years between 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 using methods of financial analysis. This work is divided into six parts. First part contains theoretical approaches and financial analysis mehods, second part introduces basic information about the company and the competitor’s company. Third part is focused on company environment analysis. Fourth part includes analysis of the company's performance and identification of shortcomings. Fifth part summarizes the thesis. And last part contains recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on assessing selected indicators of the company by using statistical methods. This analysis is done by means of selected methods. Based on the financial statements, the financial analysis is performed over eight years, from 2007 to 2014. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the theoretical background to a certain issue is analyzed. The second part consists of the general characteristics of the company and financial analysis by the statistical methods. The last part of the thesis is focused on some suggestions how to improve the financial situation of the company.

This thesis is dealing with problem of international financial reporting standards for small and medium-sized entities. My task is to transform Czech accountant reports of two chosen companies to be in accordance with IFRS for SMEs. In the first part of the thesis is described process of accountancy harmonization in Europe and in the world, characteristic of small and medium-sized entities, devel-opment of standard for small and medium-sized entities and its particular sec-tions. In the second part of thesis is processed transfer of accountancy reports of specific subjects to accountancy reports in accordance to IFRS for SMEs. In the end of the thesis are evaluated impacts of implementation for chosen report items as per productivity indicators.
