Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční situace vybrané obchodní korporace na základě účetních výkazů. První část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky k finanční analýze a použitým metodám. Analytická část obsahuje samotnou finanční analýzu společnosti s ručením omezeným v letech 2010-2014. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navrhnuta doporučení ke zlepšení stávající finanční situace. This Bachelor's thesis evaluates the financial situation of a chosen business corporation on the basis of financial statements. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical approaches to financial analysis and methods which were used. The actual financial analysis of the company Čegan, s. r. o. from the years 2010 to 2014 creates the second, analytic part of the thesis. Based on the information collected, suggestions for the improvement of the current financial situation are offered.
