Problems of authority in the Ethics of Education

The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I reflected on the concept of authority, particularly with regard to the current context (postmodern situation) of ubringing and education. In the practical part, teachers' views of current problems with their authority and possible solutions were identified through questionnaires.

Parental authority through adolescents' eyes

The diploma work in its theoretical part is concerned with the parental authority in the difficult period of adolescence. The first chapter defines the term of authority. To clarify it, individual types of authorities are described and further on, the parental authority is dealt with in detail. Most attention is paid to what affects formation of parental authority the most and in what ways this authority can be kept. The second chapter characterizes adolescence as a very difficult period in the life of every individual. At this stage a man becomes independent. Also, attitudes towards values, morals and authorities are formed, and/or the existing attitudes are changed. The third chapter concentrates on emotional bond. In the beginning I characterize individual types of emotional bonds, aspects of their origin and subsequent changes during the period of adolescence. The emotional bond influences quality of other emotional relations and is related to the stability of the parental educational effect during the whole period of education. The fourth chapter focuses on the educational method in family, which is based on the parent-child emotional relation. Another important factor is educational guidance. V úvodu komparativní studie je stručně pojednáno o postavení vlády v legislativním procesu, o existenci orgánů, které plní při přípravě návrhů zákonů poradní či jiné funkce, o jejich formách i fungování. Těžiště studie však spočívá v popisu takovýchto orgánů ve dvaceti evropských státech (Belgii, Dánsku, Estonsku, Finsku, Francii, Itálii, Litvě, Lotyšsku, Lucembursku, Německu, Nizozemsku, Polsku, Portugalsku, Rakousku, Řecku, Slovensku, Slovinsku, Španělsku, Švédsku a Velké Británii). Struktura kapitol je následující: po obecném popisu je blíže vymezena struktura orgánu a o jeho činnost. Zatímco v některých zemích orgán tohoto typu vůbec neexistuje, v jiných plní i jiné funkce než je čistě poradenská činnost při přípravě vládních návrhů zákonů (role ve správním soudnictví, vlastní vypracování návrhu zákonů, agenda ministerstva apod.). Různé je i jeho složení (profesionálové, vysocí státní úředníci, vědci apod.)

Forms of work with risk groups of young people in West Bohemia

This bachelor's thesis deals with problematic of risk behavior young people. The objectvie of this bachelor's thesis is to describe which forms of works uses social educator and which methods and possibilites has social pedagogy in work with risk young people. The theoretical part focuses on social pedagogy as a discipline, to her concept and subject. Nex tis characterized profession of social educator, which competence he has and in which areas he could acts. In the practical part of this bachelor's thesis was chosen the method of asking, quantitative approach. There was asked certain number of employees of various institutions focused on risk behavior young people and on this basis was found how they work with them.

The diploma thesis contains employee’s current conditions evaluation and requirements in the field of HR Management. The questionnaire was used to acquire this information. Further, the diploma thesis suggests the changes in relationships and communication between superior and subordinates.

This diploma thesis deals with competencies of people who participate on a company running. The determination of these competencies and their dividing according to their types and roles that occur in the company are analyzed at the theoretical level. The work examines and studies strategy being the basic reference point for the formulation of the company’s targets and tasks related to them, accomplishment of which is the foundation of the assigned competencies. The practical part of the thesis deals with analysis of an actual company’s environment with the main purpose of determining the particular area of the enterprise which creates a narrowed place and tries to solve this problem by establishing the appropriate competencies.
