Evaluation of Economy and Fundraising of Selected Non Profit Organization

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the management and fundraising of a selected non-profit organization, specifically Nadační fond Českého rozhlasu. The introduction summarizes the goals of this bachelor's thesis together with the methods that were used during the work to achieve them. Right after that, there is a part that is focused on theoretical sources of literature, which are an integral part of the documents for processing the analytical part of the bachelor's thesis. In this part of the thesis, an analysis of the development of the organization's management is carried out using the analysis of costs and revenues. The following is an overall evaluation of the management of the non-profit organization. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, suggestion for improving the financial situation of the Nadační fond Českého rozhlasu are presented.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of jurisprudence in connection with exemption from VAT in the case of non-profit organizations and its subsequent application. The theoretical part introduces legal systems, the non-profit sector and basic concepts in the VAT issue. The analytical part deals with the analysis of selected provisions, jurisprudence related to them and impacts on subjects. The draft part subsequently creates instructions for the application of individual tax regimes, as well as conditions and requirements for their correct application.
Family of child with Kabuki synrome

The thesis deals with the family of a child with Kabuki syndrome. In the Czech Republic, the diagnosis was established in 2010. The main objective of the thesis was to compile comprehensive information about the family of a child with Kabuki syndrome and to determine more detailed information about the functioning of this family in the areas of upbringing, experiences with the school system, and also the utilization of support by the family. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the definition of Kabuki syndrome, the history of research on this rare condition, diagnosis, and characteristic features in individuals with Kabuki syndrome. The second chapter focuses in more detail on the clinical symptoms of Kabuki syndrome, from health issues and treatment options to levels of cognitive function. The third chapter specifies on families of children with rare diseases, and the following chapter discusses the possibilities of support for families of children with Kabuki syndrome. The empirical part consists of a research investigation focusing on a child with Kabuki syndrome, the family of the child, and the functioning of the family through semi-structured interviews and a case study.

The thesis is about a family of a child with Kabuki syndrome. The first chapter deals with the syndrome itself, diagnosis, clinical symptoms and cognitive functions. The second chapter describes the family with the rare condition, the family in the context of the history and what stages the family of the child with the rare condition goes through. The next chapter discusses support for the family with a rare disease, and also includes the concept of a non-profit organization and an association. The practical section explores the family of an individual with Kabuki syndrome, and includes an interview with a family member. The research section is supplemented with a case study.
Taxation of the Non-Governmental Non-profit Organizations

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the taxation of non-governmental organizations, more precisely civil associations. The subject matter of this work is the tendency of optimalization of the tax base. Based on the findings (mainly from the Act No. 586/1992 Coll., The Income Tax) proposes the most suitable method of distribution of activities, the use of tax accepted expenses and use of tax advantages for non-profit organizations. The outcome of this work is proposal how the organization should use and apply these tools, to tax-optimize their tax base.

This thesis deals with the analysis and design changes to a specific company information system under real conditions, and is therefore more practically oriented. The information system is studied both from the perspective of the end user, which is the focus, and in terms of operation and implementation of program solutions. The information system is studied as a whole in a broader context, not only in terms of applications (software), but also in terms of the flow of information, storage and organization of data, users, security, hardware, etc. It should serve to the company as a guide for the elimination of inefficient and / or risk areas, thereby helping to improve work productivity and employee satisfaction.
The Suggestion for Economy Improvement in the Basic School in Sumperk

Following work deals with evaluation of financial situation at primary school and brings some suggestions for improvement of its management. The first part considers the analysis of the financial potential at the theoretical bases and points out to the most important specifics concerning the general basis. The second part is oriented to a particular debriefing of financial aspects and factual state of concrete school. The third part includes the suggestions for improving the financing of school and strengthening the economical management activities.

The first part of this thesis gives an overview at the project and presents an analysis of the environment and the conditions in which the project will be realized. The concepts of the project realization and the evaluation of the proposed concepts are presented in the second part.

The bachelor thesis deals with the taxation of not-for-profit legal entities. It focuses mainly on corporate income tax. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge to concrete nonprofit organization - civic association FC Hlinsko. The theoretical part deals with general characteristics of nonprofit organizations, their breakdown, accounting, tax system and calculation of the resulting tax liability. Second part of the paper analyzes in detail FC Hlinsko - its taxed and untaxed income, tax expenses, profit and tax liability. The third part deals with the tax optimization and reduction the resulting tax liability within the statutory scheme.
The Specifics Nonprofit Organizations and Their Financing

The master thesis focuses on the non-profit organizations and forms their financing. The theoretical part is oriented for juridical legislation of non-profit sector, as well as demarcation of basic concepts and characteristic of forms non-profit organizations. The practical part is introduced organization organizations in which I doing analysis of the financial situation with selected method and in the conclusion of the work I propose solution that should contribute to improving the stabilization financing and development organizations.
