The main building material is Ytong aerated concrete blocks. The building is based on the foundation strips. The ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing consists of a flat roof. The external walls are insulated with mineral thermal insulation boards.
Energy-saving detached house in Bučovice

The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is to design near-ly zero-energy detached family house for a family of four. The thesis has two parts. The first part presents documentation for building permission. The second part presents the design of selected building services. The house is located on a flat plot in Bučovice. It is a two-storey square shape house with a flat green roof, a wooden terrace and a carport for two cars . On the ground floor, there is a social part, i.e. a living room connected to a kitchen, a study room, a bathroom, a toilet and a utility room. On the second floor, there is a private zone with a master bedroom, two children bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a walk-in closet. The house is based on foam glass and a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are masonry made of aerated concrete blocks. The external walls are insulated with the ETICS.The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of cast in place reinforced concrete. The design building services contains the design of vetilation system, solutions for sewage and rainwater, electrical installation and heating. The work deals with the heating system in more detail. The main source of heat is air-water heat pump. The building will be heated by underfloor heating. The air exchange will be provided by the mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Sewage will be treated in the domestic waste water treatment, clean water will be infiltrated in to the ground on the premises. Rainwater will be collected in storage tank and used for watering the garden. The thesis also includes assessment of fire safety, thermal, daylighting and acoustics. energy performance certificate. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design a low-energy detached house for four people. The project is divided into two parts. The first part includes the project documentation for building permission. The second part focuses on building services. The documentation includes solutions for the building in terms of fire safety, thermal technology, acoustics and lighting. The family house is located in the village of Pustiměř, Vyškov district. The house is connected to the electrical, water, rainwater and sewage networks. It is a two-story house with a garage built on a gently sloping plot. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a walk-in-wardrobe, a living room with a kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom and a utility room. On the second floor, there is a toilet, a bathroom, an office, a study, a bedroom with a walk-in-wardrobe, a children's room, and another children's room with a walk-in-wardrobe. The detached house is built on a reinforced concrete slab, which is insulated by XPS panels insulation. The walls are designed from sand-lime bricks. The insulation is made of a contact insulation system from grey polystyrene combined with basalt wool. The ceiling structure above the first floor is made of a reinforced concrete slab. The roof is a gable roof with nailed trusses. The insulation is made of blown cellulose. Attached to the family house is a garage. It is built on a reinforced concrete slab, insulated with floor polystyrene. The walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. The roof is a flat green roof. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump with an electric backup source. Hot water is stored is a storage tank and disturb through the hydronic underfloor heating system. Air exchange is provided by mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and an electric air heater. Photovoltaic panels with battery storage are located on the roof. Water from paved areas is collected and stored on a storage tank and used for irritation of greenery, excess rainwater is discharged into the rainwater sewer. The project documentation also includes an energy performance certificate classified as A – very efficient.
Family house in the slope

The subject of this bachelor's thesis was to prepare project documentation for a family house. The building is located in the village of Chotěbuz, Karviná district, cadastral area Chotěbuz. The building is designed as a detached structure on sloping terrain. It has two above-ground floors with a basement section. The building also includes a garage, which is separated from the living area by an entrance hall. The house is designed for four people, with an additional guest room. The entrance is located on the east-south side, and most rooms have been designed with consideration of the cardinal directions. The vertical structures consist of Porotherm masonry, which forms the load-bearing exterior walls on the above-ground floors. It is also used for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing interior walls. In the basement, the load-bearing exterior wall is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilinstructure is made of ceramic beams and inserts. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with foam polystyrene. The garage has a flat roof, and the living area is covered by a truss roof structure.

The content of the bachelor thesis involves the design of project documentation for a family house at the stage of building permit. The house is designed as a two-generation house for grandparents and a family of four. The building is situated on a flat plot in a newly developed residential area. In the structure is consists one underground and two above-ground floors. The family house is founded on strip foundations and a slab. The structural system is wall-based. The basement is made of reinforced concrete masonry, while the above-ground floors are constructed using a timber frame made of DEK wooden panels. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete above the basement and wooden above the first and second floors. The roof consists of layers resting on these wooden structures. The roof assembly is flat with a final layer of shingles. The drawing section was processed using the Revit and AutoCAD software from AutoDesk.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the development of detailed design documentation for a family house situated on a slope in the village of Přílepy. The house is intended to serve as a permanent residence for a family of four. It is a two-storey detached building featuring a flat green roof and includes a garage for two cars. The property is set on gently sloping ground with a gradient from northeast to southwest. The floor plan of the house is a simple rectangular shape with a partially protruding section. The building is founded on a strip foundation, and the vertical perimeter structures are designed using the Porotherm system with a contact insulation system. Horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic reinforced concrete two-arm staircase.

This work is devoted to the processing of project documentation for a family house. It includes documentation for building permits and technical equipment of the building. The building is designed on a plot with sloping terrain. The entrance to the building is situated on the southeast side. The designed house has an above-ground floor and a residential attic. The roof of the building is gable. The structural system of the house is made of ceramic bricks fittings with a ceramic-concrete ceiling system. The roof is designed in wood with inter-rafter insulation. The technical equipment of the building deals with the concept of electrical installations, heating with a heat pump, sanitary instalations with connection to drinking water and sewage disposal. FVE panels on the roof of the building are designed as a renewable energy source.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the creation of project documentation for a detached family house with an business premises. The family house is planned for a family of five members. The family house has one underground and two above-ground storeys. The entire structure is based on foundation strips. The vertical perimeter structures are designed from the POROTHERM system and the horizontal structure as a reinforced concrete. The roof of the family house is a combination of a pitched gable roof above the living area and a flat vegetated roof over the business premises. All drawings were made in the Archicad program.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of various heat sources serving as a possible replacement for the current heat source gas conventional boiler Protherm Panther 24 KOO. In the research part, sources of heating, types of heating media and types of fuels used for heating family houses are analyzed. The practical part contains designs of heat sources and a comparison of their technical parameters. Finally, the economic evaluation of individual heating sources is presented.

The roof of the building is a double-skin shed roof with aluminium floded roofing.
